That's what scientists are warning about this H five N one. That half of the infections that people contract from bird flu, if they get it, which is rare, could be fatal. As the White House says it is monitoring the situation. What a former FDA expert has urged people to prepare their eggs
a certain way to reduce the risk of becoming infected with bird flu. Farms egg farms in multiple states are struggling with outbreaks of H five N one, also known as bird flu strain among poultry, and for the first time, cattle are impacted by this. Earlier this week, health officials in the state of Texas confirmed that a dairy farmer caught the virus caught bird flew this H five N one infection, making him only the second ever American to contract this
disease. That the White house is monitoring. That scares me on its face, monitoring like they monitored COVID and then hit the lever. And here we are, after the fact that the disaster it created, Foucy and all the rest of them in there given bad, ill advised advice that has now been proven to be wrong. I digress. Okay, so health experts advice and you're not gonna like this. They're advising Americans to avoid eggs over easy,
eggs poached, and eggs soft boiled, and eggs sunny side up. Why are they advising Americans to consume eggs in a certain fashion to cook them. Well, it's obvious because they don't want you to get bird flu, at least that's what they believe. Americans are being warned to stay away from eggs with running yolkes, which is, by the way, the only way this
doctor eats them. Amid increasing cases of bird flu here in the US, a former FDE expert has urged people to cook thoroughly their eggs to kill off any lingering fragments of the bird flu that may be there that could impact human health. Earlier this week, health officials in the state of Texas confirmed that a dairy farmer caught the virus, making him only the second ever American to
contract the disease. Darren Dettweiler, food safety expert at Northwestern University and former advisor to the FDA and USDA, warned and I quote, transmission to bird flu to humans through the consumption of properly cooked poultry products, including eggs, is low. The risk arises with improperly cooked eggs or poultry meat. Bird flu often spreads from water birds like ducks and geese to chickens, and that is how the virus then can escape and be cross transmitted to humans, even
though it is rare. But it seems that something is amiss here if somebody's focusing on this, which amazes me in the beginning. Now, bird flu, this isn't the first time bird flu has come up. You kind of wonder, and I don't like to be a thinker here, but you've got to wonder, is this the next uh panic that the government will generate to get people focused away from something and more towards being dependent upon the government to compel to control who knows what is the If
there's a potential agenda underneath all this. It scares me.
