This is going to be a long one ladies and gents. AEW is in the hot seat for lacking structure and ensuring diversity is at the forefront of the company. A tagline they made their moniker during its early stages. Now that they are being called to the table to present said diversity they deflect and double down on their decisions as of lately. Tony Khan responded to an article of Big Swole's departure from AEW. Instead of being a professional, he chose to be childish and disrespectful. Tweeting out an attack on Swole's livelihood and professional skill. This caused a firestorm of backlash and in the process demonized Swole for her truth.
