Today’s Question:
“First time business situation here, I had a client who had an earlier birth at 34 weeks. They asked to switch out birth support for postpartum doula support which is an option in her contract for a scheduled c-section and then they have now ghosted the payment. Payment was scheduled to go out at 35 weeks, so one week after they delivered and of course, she says she's learning lessons of course, but even if they chose to not have any doula, then they should still be paying that second invoice.”
