031 - It seems a crime that it has taken this long to get to a Nicolas Cage movie, but we kick of our first ever Cage-cast with a bang, digging into the iconic, Con Air. This was an interesting time for Cage, a turning point from quirky dramatic and comedic actor, to action star / fantastic weirdo, with Face / Off, The Rock, and this little gem coming out all within 14 months of each other - what a time to be alive! Does this movie hold up? Is it the prototype for the modern Bay-era blockbuster? Or simply a strange Forrest Gump spin-off? Should Cameron Poe's hair have receded much more after 10 years in prison? These are big questions, and we aren't afraid to go there.
