Vamos a identificar ai el Px cursa o no con Shock. Si esta con Shock: buscar via IV o considerar via IO o central. Aplicar máx 2 bolos de NaCl 0.9% de 20 ml/kg en 10 a 15 min. Paciente sin shock: podemos considerar SPE con 100 ml/kg en 3 o 6 h.
