All right, here we go. Yes, don't drop the tongues. I'm barrel boy, Kyle from your behind. Barbieque is here, Phil, the grill is here in the building. But he is being filled the builder right now. He you know, just before we get ready to record this, who only had this in the books for you know, a day or so. And he's like, oh, I got a last minute call came up and he comes up with his beats By Drey on his head. I'm like, are you having a call? Are you having a this? Yankees hat

jams diming back through this World Series and you're wearing a Yankees hat? Awesome, here you go. So nice job. So let's get this rolling today. Uh. Lots of things going on here for us locally. We got our Diamondbacks in the World Series. You guys have a competition this weekend. Two competitions in town here in Arizona, one in Mesa, and one out in Florence where your restaurant is, which we'll get you in a second. I got Nascar. I gotta go park a trailer. Uh tomorrow, leak

you're part of the trailer. Oh yeah, that's what I do. We build a whole city. We will we build a whole city. No, we build a whole city. It's coming out tomorrow. It's crazy. It's so much going on. Just a lot of stuff going on, lots of moving parts here. So let's get it started. We'll get to uh.

The three of us were actually all together in the wildest past weekend at Barbecue Island for their demodd you finally came out to one, which we will get to in a minute, because some things happened that need to be discussed with the three of us, and one of them involves Phil the Grill, and my goodness, gracious, I have never been to a competition before, and I've heard you guys make fun of Phil. I've seen on the Michael Simon

Show when Phil got dogged on for not being prepared. I saw it firsthand. That's Phil. Holy biscuits. I mean, the guy's shoes were clean, he looked pristine. But let me tell you what, outside of that, it was straight Tornado Express coming at you. So we're gonna get to that real quick talk about it. I know that there's a competition in Florence this weekend. Is it a s c A, is it a a CBS. It's a Barbecue Championship Series contest. So it's a BCS okay local,

that's what Mike Mike Arizon Barbecue. Yep, Okay. So it's in Florence, Yeah, yeah, yeah, and he's his contest was one of the first ones that I kind of went to and checked out and everything. He's always real cool and it's always like I don't, I don't. It's not I want, I don't want to call it a backyard, but it's like

it's like your steps going into it. Well, I saw that there is a there's an there's a is some of his competition of the first responders competition, right, is this one has first responders competition yet know he's got a pro division, a back Oh that's right, the backyard division, that's right. And I've seen sometimes where he's had a first responder division. Yeah,

so I love it. So that's in Florence this weekend. And then there's a KCBS ins in Mesa that I saw Smitty Loton Moody's going to be at correct a lot of people. I guess they got like thirty five. I heard it was twenty four, but somebody told me today they're like, I'm gonna tell you this much, you're gonna come poking that bear coming into Smitty's backyard. Y'all better bring your A plus game, your A team, your sealed team six. Because Smitty's gonna represent the state of Arizona. And I

mean, hey, anything can happen. And you know what, the crazy thing, I know he's coming in hot because there's not a lot of barbecue contests anymore out here. Man, he's gonna represent. Yes, looking forward to that. But so in Florence, the competition that is where your restaurant, The Illustrious Birds and Bones is at. Correct, you guys have been fighting the city. You've had this, You've had that I saw on your Instagram post. You guys are really close. Made a ton of renovations to

the restaurant. You get about seventy five percent complete on the patio. When the patios finished, you shall open when that'll be is but coming soon hopefully, Yes. But the restaurant itself, the inside like a restaurant that is complete, done, don't got a screw with anymore that's done. But all this to be said, you're announced, you're gonna be serving out there at the Common. Yes, so we're bringing the food trailer out and we're setting

up. We're selling little bit of stuff that's gonna be on the menu. We're gonna be slanging that the town. If everybody's excited, That's what I'm gonna ask you. It's gonna be. It's gonna be big. How many racks and all that you think you're gonna go through? Like, so this is gonna be. You can't because you can't on your first taste, you can't leave people, you can't have completed. The crazy thing about like vending, when you're selling to a you're selling at a festival, you don't know

how many people are going to be there, especially here. This is a free event, so they shut down main street. So when it's a free event, everybody in their mom's coming out. The weather's can perfect eighties and sunny. Yes, weather's gonna beautiful. So we're bringing two trailers out. We got my dad running the vending trailer. He's got my brother, uh, Justin's wife, Justin's daughter. We got all kinds of people running that,

the whole family of KAFFEENI and I are running the competition. We're gonna run our program and then we're gonna jump in and help them. So it's bro trying to trying to get loaded up to sell food and a competition in in four days is unbelieva. It's hard, dude, It's funny. I had a little bit of respect, and I've always had respect, but I had a little bit of Shelly, say hey, inside on what you guys go through this weekendo the barbecue island, seeing all the stuff you brought up.

But then I personally dealt with it because, like I said, this is NASCAR weekend here in Phoenix for us, we throw a great, big old shin dig every year. Like last I think we've had eighty plus people cutting through, but it's just basically me and a buddy of mine and his wife that kind of do it all together. And my gosh, the undertaking of this and the text back and forth and the calls back and forth,

Okay, do we got this? We got that, we got this, we got that, and not just the food side of it, you know, then the logistics of okay, do we got fuel for generators? Just all these things, And I'm just like a country thunder bro. It is, but I look at it from like your guys' perspective. I'm like, you guys do this with these competitions all over the place. I mean, it has to be exhausting. I was like, you know, especially if you're just doing competition, like you get in a rhythm. You know what

you have to have. You know, I could get that. You write a list, you do your thing, you know what you got to do. So you have a list in the check Oh of course, and pull it out. I'll pull it out. Now we're selling food, bro so now this is loading a whole nother trailer. So with the with the selling of the food aspect out there, Like I said, you can't not deliver because this is your first impression. But at the same time, you can't

be expected. I mean obviously you're selling, but you can't be expected to handle thousands, like what's your number? What's your captain? Were prepared for a thousands? Really prepared? Because that's I think of myself. I'm like, you know, eventually, there's got to be got Friday night and we got Saturday all day Saturday, and it's I think it starts at ten ents at four and then the uh yeah, Friday nights from like five to nine.

Oh boy, and you know last time we were out there, I did one of their third Fridays, which most cities have like first Fridays, different kind of things at their cities. I did forty five racks of ribs, six pork butts, and a whole bunch of pans of chick. I forgot how much chicken. I was wiped out. I was supposed to be out there for four hours. I was wiped out because I made a post on social media and on their Florence page. I was completely wiped out in

forty five minutes. In forty five minutes, how many racks ribs bro there was? I had probably thirty people in line before about forty five minutes to an hour before I even opened. They were in line waiting. So you're gonna be running a restaurant depot and Costco's out here saying that if you need to No, I think we're gonna just sell out. We sell out, We sell out. It is what it is. What it people interested like, damn, And they went through that much stuff like it does. It's

got to be good, which is great. So good luck to you guys for that. Now the petition, this is the same people put the one on up and sholo, which is a that that was his state contest. Okay, but it's the same. It's the same timeline like a KCBS contest where it's chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket, and in KCBS, each one of those have to be turned in every thirty minutes starting at noon.

Gotcha, BCS is every forty five minutes, so it kind of plays with you a little bit, so you put meat on later and stuff like that. So every forty five minutes it gets turned in and uh yeah, bro, we're five jacked up. It's a busy week. It's a good week. Now. I do want to touch on this. I wish Phil was in here, but he's still off being built filled a builder. So some more stuff is coming out about what happened at the American Role. Yeah,

yeah, it was. The interesting is that the demo day this past weekend, everybody, not just your Guys's team and your Guys's people, everybody that was involved in the barbecue world was coming up and talking every single person. People didn't even know. It was almost like that was like the talking stick was like you just like stood around and everybody was like, Okay, have you heard this? Have you heard this? What did you know?

What did this? I think what is coming out more and more about this is that there is so much details that don't really add up, that there's a whole lot of that. The most common thing you're taking away from all this is there is a lot of unknowns that don't have answers, and it seems like every day there's more answers that are coming or more questions that are

coming out. They came out with an it report, some kind of report that had an audit done correct and I didn't read it, I don't care caused and there was there's lots of questions that came the t expert that looked at this and laughed that came out of that. There's just so many questions that everybody seems to have about this. And again I'm not bagging on k

CBS because they're a great organization. American Oyal is the World Series. You just hope that with all of this uncertainty in questions, that they come to a an agreement that things need to change and changes are made, because holy cow, I know it's gonna I mean not the not the rep. No, but I mean, okay, Greg Rep is a fan of the show. He's got He's got Rod. He is the guy that will he no bs. He will straight up ask whatever it may be. So I've heard

through the great pride. Rod Gray was kind of the CEO of k CBS was dodging the Barbecue Central show. And now Greg's got him lined up ready to come on. And some of them know it, and I know it's gonna be time. I give the Jonahan k CBS a ton of credit because that's gonna be a there's going to be everybody likes to get to the drug to the fire and you know what, he's going to go. And you know what, Sometimes though, going in front of the fire like that and

answer the questions can make things better. For example, Embers, we had so many questions about Embers. We had a lot of doubts about Embers. Phil specifically was really like, this is not We talked to those guys and walked away and said, Okay, I get it. Sometimes going forward and clearing communication can be something. So I'm optimistic to see that. But I will tell you, man, I'm not really one to go to the barbecue

events in the community of the competition. Every single flip and person came up and talked about it. Everybody was like everybody the questions of I don't understand what happened, And then it was how could this happen? And then it was I don't agree with how they fixed it, and then it was could you imagine of being a team who thought they wanted to find out they didn't win? And then there was the other theory that a lot of people have

that what your results are was not a reflection of your cookie. Because I'm not going to say who the team was, but there was somebody that was really quite wrecked about the scores they achieved, and they're like, I can't believe that my blank turn in got this score. I just I can't. I can't wrap my head around it. And then somebody goes, it may not have been your score, Yeah, because we yeah, Koffeini and I man, we are food. We were like, whoof? So I don't

know, but I I got a question though. All right, let's let's change topics a little more. Let's change topics. You go with that, all right? So you see Travis Kelsey, what he's doing? Now, what do you mean what about Travis? He got Taylor Swift going yeah, yeah, that whole thing. Now he's got his own line right of barbecue meats at Walmart. Here's the thing is, I don't hate on anything that guy's doing. I don't either, because I guess my thing is everybody's like,

oh, you know, he's it sucks that he's doing this. You know what he's doing. He striking while the iron's hot. He's making the money that you're gonna So it says Travis Kelcey launches new line of barbecue meats at Walmart. So they pre cooked or they raw. They are all pre cooked. So we got bacon, mac and cheese. Okay, we got brisket burn INDs and barbecue sauce, all right, brisket burn ins with mac and cheese, okay, sliced brisket in barbecue sauce okay, barbecue baked beans

with sausage, and barbecue baked beans with burn ins. Bro, Why can't I get a deal like this because you're not a imagine that you're not at all pro Let me tell you multi super Bowl winning dating the most powerful woman in the world. No, until I meet Shania Twain and then you just stop. And then we're moving on from your theorist. I have a question about this. So Walmart just picked it up. Yeah, I'm curious,

and I don't know this. If anybody out there knows this, I would be curious whether or not he's already had this line on a regional level, because I mean, he plays to the Kansas City Chiefs. He has been before he's become the national household name. He's always been a big name, but he's been a inn in the Kansas City market. He has been a

monster name in the community. I'm curious whether or not this line I'm in Kansas City Barbecue, you know, huge, whether or not somebody already had this line going with him and then or no, or he may already been doing it on a local level. My point is it could have been in a regional distribution in Walmart's locally in Kansas City or done and now, or Walmart came to the table and was like, hey, by the way,

you got this cooler regional line. We're taking it national. I don't know, but I mean everybody, I love, everybody wants to hate on this guy. I'm like, look, I don't bro, who's why why are we hating on any of this? Because a lot of times people hate on things because they're either jealous of it, they're insecure about it. Me people like, oh, I'm so so tired of it talking about it during football and I'm like, I've never heard it once. Wow, Okay, maybe,

I mean you'll see it here and there they'll talk about it. I'm like, if you truly listen to an announcer, a lot of the stuff they say is pointless, just dribble that they're speaking with. So I don't know. I mean my thing about it is good for him, man, the dude is crushing it right now. I mean he just moved into a twenty eighteen thousand square foot mansion. It you need to get him on the year behind and Flags. I mean, he's got a podcast that's killing it.

Yeah, I mean good for this dude. Yeah. And not only that, it's not like he's just some dude who's who's dating somebody who's altra famous and he hasn't really dummaged. The guy is a Hall of Famer, arguably the greatest tight end of all time. So it's like the dude is like on top of the game in his game. So if people want to hate on it, I'm like, go for it. I mean, good on him. He's got another thing. But I know we're kind of ramblanah, let's go somewhere else. You ready for this? Yeah? Bro?

We got tomorrow night. Okay, tomorrow night's Halloween. We're recording on a Monday, got it, But tomorrow night's Tuesday. It's Halloween, right. We got the World Series. We got the Suns playing all at the same time, and they're literally right next door to each other, and it's on Halloween. You know how crazy downtown's about to be. So I'll give you all tell you how crazy it is. So I am been fortunate, have been really lucky in my life to get to go to a lot of things.

Oh yeah, must be nice. I was offered World Series tickets for Tuesday, and I turned down NASCAR, well partially because I got a few things going on tomorrow. I've got tell that person to sell them. The person can't sell them. They work for the team, so they can't sell them. So I was offered tickets. I gotta I gotta go Nascar.

I got a park, I gotta do all that out there. And then I also, on top of that, have to do something for the Fiesta Bowl, which is honoring teachers and doing like a community thing involving teachers like you. Basically grant wishes the Fiesta Bowl Charities, basically the Festival which the college football ball game. The money that they make for that ball game, they grant wishes for teachers, and their grants of fifty I think I gotta

look, they're grants of thousands of dollars. The teachers can go do stuff. Well, we're granting the wishes now so they can put it all together and have the presentation on the Fiesta Balls here. So it's kind of an honor. It's actually a huge honor to be chosen to award these gifts. So they asked me to do it on Halloween. Well, that's gonna be at three thirty. It's gonna take about forty five minutes. I'm doing it via zoom, so it's gonna be about forty five minutes. That'd be four

fifteen. I'd be leaving game starts at five o'clock. There's no way I'd be able to get into downtown to go to this and for it. And I was like, it pains me to say this, but I gotta give up world Series tickets. I mean, I couldn't do it. I couldn't do between It's already going to be a tight day of parking trailers and NASCAR running home or getting to a place where I can do this zoom call because

they give you a background, it's other stuff to do. Do this zoom call, award the stuff, and then go downtown with the World Series. I bailed on ticket CA Okay, hold on, let's let's I'm the guy that likes to think here. So you can't, okay, drop your stuff off at the Worlds or at the NASCAR drive to the World Series. You're barrel boy. For God's sake, you here's my past. Let me in. They got Wi Fi there, right, you can only into the stadium.

So in a lot of other cases, if it wasn't the World Series, that would definitely possible be an option. With it possibly or with it being the World Series. Man, it is, it's tough. There's I mean, they got they got a million things going on. I mean they got more than just local media involved. They've got national world media party, so that doesn't real exist, and I just and I gotta come back here to the station to do it and I'm like, man, it's just I

can't. I can't do it. Yeah, so I gave up World Series ticket. I mean, I'm not a big baseball fan, but I liked the World Series. I know, I like Spectacle October Baseball and one it's the Spectacle. It's great for the community. But yeah, tomorrow's gonna be crazy. And then when day possibly, if everything goes as planned, is the clinching game. Yeah great. They'd have to win three in a row, which not likely to happen, but you know, who knows, anything

is possible. I like them. I like them. They could lose three in a row and Texas could be clinching game five. Who knows. It's just there's a lot of things going on the valley right now. Another another highlight I want to talk about, and none of you guys responded, thank you very much. So in the group chat, I sent a TikTok of the new rec Tech Pellet flat top. Have you seen this? Okay? I I I have not seen. I have seen the rec Tech one, and I've all seen some other ones. I have some questions. No,

this is no, you haven't seen any other one. This is the only one they have. Well, there's a concept out there, crill flat top. It's amazing. It's bro it is so bad, Like I was ready. What makes it any different though than a gas one? Nothing? It's just ran on pellets. My question with that, uh, two things. How do you regulate the heat? And I don't know that. Part of the thing was great about a flat top. A good flat top is you got multiple zones, so you can do one zone your hot zone, one

zone your warm zone. You know that if it's a pellet, it's all coming in. How are you gonna be able to regulate I don't know temperature, different sections and how long is it gonna take to get hot? Because any pellet grill takes a while to get off the temperature gets rolling. Dude, a flat top you go out and you fire that bad boy up and in five minutes that thing is screaming at four fifty to five hundred boom, you're cooking. You're done, gas off, boom, lights off, scrape

and clean and you're done. Like, I get the concept. They've had a hood on it. You could this guy was you could smoke and see her At the same time. I was so proud, I like, anything is he I chase. I'll chase any I'll love to see any concept. But I just have questions on regulating the heat and how quickly it takes to get to temperature. Like that's truly a concern of mine. Yes, not a concern, but a question I would have. But hey, you know what, and I keep I keep going exactly, I keep going back to

what Mike said from Barbecue Island when we met. What do you want to see the barbecue role. I want to see innovation, I want to see change. I want to see growth. I want to see new things. So hey, Rectech, bring it on, let's go. I mean, who knows what it could change the barbecue world too? I mean who knows? All right, So we're waiting on Phil to get in here in a minute, but let's just keep going. Yeah, we just gotta keep going. So I do think it's really funny you guys have bagged on Phil for

his how he has the competitions. Yea, so he showed up the Barbecue Island. Barbecue Island's a demo day. It's not a competition, but you guys are serving. It's a demo. It's a vendor demo day, and it sits in a very busy part of town, in a target shopping plaza across the way from a Wendy's. I mean it is this, this mall parking lot is booming. I mean it's always busy, seven days a week, twenty four hours. Actually, my first time there ever at that one.

Always busy. So we're in there. Show up. Kyle's there. You're behind barbecue man. He's got multiple drums, he's got stuff going, he's got things coming off in waves, like Okay, the wings, these wings are gonna be done. Then this pork's gonna be done. Then we'll put this on, We'll move this over, then we'll put the salmon on you ain' KOFFEENI were slinging from guys were going everybody's making fun of me,

calling me the Golden Corral out there. But you know what, bro, But you guys were moving products or moving meats and stuff of that, which all featured your rubs, correct, which then in turn sent people inside the Barbecue Island store to buy you sold out of your stuff. Everything. Phenomenal job. Yes, now I'm not going to bag on Phil, but I got a bag on pill. So obviously you're serving food to the public.

I'm a complete amateur novice of this, but I know that when you're serving food, you need to have warming dishes, you need to have chafing dishes. That they're pretty basic. I mean you can get that wire food on the smoker. Yeah, a wire rack and a disposable pan and a and a sternome. It gets pretty basic. Kind of goes hand in hand if you're serving anybody, correct, even if you're serving it like your house for a ten person potluck, you have stuff heated. Phil shows up and I

see Phil, He's got sterno's in his hand. I'm like, okay, whatever, I know what he's doing with those. And then I look over and he's got disposabal pans and he looks like he's playing with legos. He's like stack in these disposable pants. And I'm like, what the hell's he doing over there? And then I see him light the sternome and he just puts the sterno on top of the table, on a plastic tablecloth table. I mind you, he lights his sterno and then he puts on his lego

stacked looking disposal pans. He lays them across there. I'm like, what are you doing? I realized he doesn't have a chafing dish, and he has built his own chafing dish out of this concoction. But the sterno is getting hot that it's starting to melt the table. So then he takes the lid that he came on the sterno, which still has sterno fuel on it, puts it underneath of it, which then in turn that caught on fire at one point, and he looked at He's trying to be subtles, He's

trying to put the fire out underneath of it. It was the biggest clusters like, yo, you didn't bring me any chafing tray. I'm like, what, But keep in mind we're in the plaza, or the same plaza has a target in it. He could have walked this happy behind into target, bought one serving dish, used it and returned the damn thing. Or

maybe barbecue. Islant had one heart for you, but he doesn't have this, And just like watching this, I'm like, so it was two half pants, you know, those half those half disposable pants, flipped over so the bottom's up. Then he put two sternos in between that, and then the whole pan of food on top of that and holes in my table clos Did you also noticed that he had no water to put in between the sternal pans, So therefore that bottom pan was getting so hot that it was starting

to burn the meat that was inside there. Because he didn't double layer of the pans with water, it just had direct heat. Yeah, yeah, you had a fire going. I'm like, what in the heck. And the whole time I'm watching this, Kyle, I'm just looking at him and going, I see it. I see they're not just picking on this dude. This dude fill the grill hot mess express level. But what in the world. But at the same time, we did see fills new rubs. And I'm gonna tell you, the one I call fruitfly is good. Dude.

He had those rip tips that he made with that on there fire fire and the other on the the other one that he's got coming. I don't want to say the name if he's not too if he's not you know, fully launched the names of him yet, but the blackout one, Oh yeah, he's actually been using that. Why I guess I can drop it. He's been using that on his steak, he's been using in his coat. It's fire and he's his taste score has been doing well with that dude.

It's fire. It is INCREDI and I was like, I'm proud of him. I'm like, this is awesome, Like I love I love that for him. But him trying to do the playing like he's playing with legos with the disposal pans to make chafey dishes. I'm just like, bry what point A couple came up to him. It was like hey, man, like, how do I get a hold of you or how can I look you up? And like, uh, I swear to god, he looked at

him. He said, yeah, just google me. I was like, Phil, you can't say that, phel Just like Guy's like what He's like, yeah, just google me, google Phil the grill You'll find me. And then Guy's like okay, like gave him like a little handwave, and I just looked for I'm like, bro, you can't say that, dude, because he gives me such a hard time because you're there to sell rubs and you sold to go into Barbecue Island and buy rubs. That's what You're

there to hand out samples, and you did it. You want that flavor of your rubs on the meat to hand to people and say go get it. You need them to taste it. And you did it. And I get such a hard time for talking to everybody chatting it up. I might have. I probably helped Barbecue Island sell at least three gmgs. There were two people. Matter of fact, there was one that I had to literally hold the hand and walk into Barbecue Island and say that's the one. You

need this one right here. So it was good. It was good. It was great. I mean everything about it was phenomenal. We're not trying to bag on Phil. It's just like, just I see it now, man, I'm like a holy biscuit. Phil needs a CEO of his life. I think an assistant. No, he is assistant, No, because he wouldn't respect the assistant. He needs a CEO that holds his money, that says you don't get this unless you do that, like I hold this

back. I'm wow. Another thing I learned this weekend Big Swede Johann Magnuson, Yeah, yeah, he released a country song. Oh god, okay, you know the country song. We know all about it. Right then he's like, I pull up, I'm setting up, and every of course you make fun of me. I'm the first one there. I'm setting up canopies, I'm doing my thank Johann pulls up, He's like hey, grabs my phone. He's like, listen to this, and he types whatever in

and press the play. There is a rap song about Big Swede in the backyard cooking, a full on rap song, dude, and you know what, I was gonna hate on him, but I was like, yo, this is pretty good. And then this year and I was like, yo, hey, where'd you get this? And he's like, oh, I'll say joelian Fal. I'm like perfect, So guess what's in my d But stop, I got im. Why do you guy's waste your money on this stuff? It's three hundred bucks for a rap song that I will play,

religit. There's no rating. That's the only song that plays is Kyle's rap song. That's too much. Just stop, you guys need to stop. Love me some big sweet such you could do. By the way, how about the pork that he was serving, yo, wild boar pork. No, he sold some pork that's like the like the wago pork of something or other. Whatever he was serving. Yeah, holy no, No, his was good. But The best one I had that whole damn day was chili and smoke. His what did he have? I don't even know what he

had. He had some kind of tri tip snake River Farm trichips. I sup with his homemade chimney cherry with cranberries and fire. Bro. Whoa, that was good. There was some grain eating out there at that event. It was an awesome event. Thank you to friends of Barbecue Island, Steve and Josh and Mike and everybody doing their thing out there. Great. People love to see a local business crushing, man, I mean they're killing.

I wish we could do one of those, like once a month. I wish it would be one once a quarter at each one of their locations. Yeah, like you have the East Valley represented. Yeah, but I'd love to see one maybe in not even one a quarter. Bro, it's still hot for that, Okay. If I do two a year, we do, I'd love to see the one. Maybe the one that one of their over in the West Valley. It'd be huge, yeah, or the one in Scots. Still talk about people are gonna spend money on stupid stuff.

Yeah, trust me, I know we spend such a small parking lot though, but we can make it out. Yeah, but they could figure it out. Yeah, they could do it over there. But it was a great event all around, big things. Uh, Phil, if you've heard random times where you thought Phil was here, we thought Phil was coming in on the podcast. But Phil has still can do to be built Phil Wilder. It was supposed to have been a ten minute phone call that was forty

minutes ago. Yes, obviously we don't have Phil on here today or who knows, you may come here at the very end as we wrap this up. But you guys got your competitions as we get Phil entering the competition. No, I think Phil is relaxing this weekend because he's got World Foods in two weeks. Yeah, he's got World Foods. So he's gonna go to World Foods in Texas, which is big for him. And he's been sending me some pitchers and he'd been kind of chatting with me about what he's doing

and stuff. And let me tell you, well, he can bring it when he's focused. He can execute. If he can execute, bro it's his dishes are their top not so good. I hope he doesn't. I hope he doesn't. I hope he comes back with the championship and makes one of us make about him for a sturt us. That'd be great. But I'm gonna wrap this up one other thing. I just want to say. If you have not, I'm gonna say swear. I'm gonna be a broken

record if you have not Winn got Kyle's honey garlic. You're behind barbecues honey garlic and made wings with it. If you don't do that this football season, you are going to kick yourself. That stuff is flat out fire, golden delicious. And then you blew my mind when you took ranch dressing. Make your own ranch dressing and you add a green chili bacon to it. And I won't lie to you this weekend. I made some honey garlic.

When did you tell me you don't like ranch? No, that wasn't me, that was coffini ranch, the green chili ranch together, shut the front door. I'm telling you go get yourself those two rubs and take something you've had a thousand times in wings and ranch and be like, make your new ballgame. Dude. When I was in Colorado doing the same kind of vendor, demo, Bay, I make this, I make this ranch. I make homemade ranch. So it's half sour cream, half mao, one ranch

packet. Put it in there, mix it up, kind of go to taste. Then I'll add a couple scoops of the green chili bacon rub. It's fire because it's got dehydrated green chilies. So once that hits any type of liquid or anything, it sits for a while, it rehydrates themselves. Now you got chunks of green chili in your ranch with some bacon bro It's on flag. I mean it was. It was truly one of the best tasting. I was like, oh my gosh. So if you don't have

those two rubs, go pick them up. Uh, Phil's got some new stuff coming. Props to Phill everybody. We saw it at the Barbecue Island. It was good to see everybody, including the Kyle's fan club. They're great. People were not gonna make fun of them because they bashed. Let's call this is a good day. I was. I was coming in hot, I was ready to do they buy your products. I can't do all the bashing without Phil here, so we may have to leave that for another

week. But let's just say some of Kyle's fans we don't know why not. They just want his rubs. They may want to be rubbed by Kyle, and I think their average age made on the low end of the spectrum.
