I am down here. Welcome to Podiatry. Practice Mastery going to go over what kind of what worked in different ideas this last week? So what work I want to thank everyone because the biopsy master class which I don't know, I think it'll be one more week. You can register for it. And The other thing I wanted to, I wanted to bring up to you guys. I wanted to develop a challenge. So there's there's something new through kajabi called a community, and I've been kind of looking for a way to do a community, but I didn't want to do a Facebook group. So I'm thinking about doing a patient presentation challenge within the community. If so, what, what what my thought is, is having people actually try to use these patient presentations and doing it?

I don't know, let's say a 14 day challenge. And people kind of put their results up there, like what they found picking one diagnosis, for example, plantar fasciitis, and use that patient presentation and I'll kind of chat and guide people along over those 14 days on different tips, on one actual specific plantar, fasciitis algorithm through them. I want to talk about one of my frustrations with this race and kind of a way a way around it. My out desk, my old desk, give you some more details. I had a meeting with them and I also had a meeting with Halle Rach. I have a couple of other friends that use. Hello Ray. And then some of my feedback from using a copywriter and what didn't work with my copy. And then this other idea that I had was a video for answering questions, or people's kind of concerns that they have on

practice management. So we have it's over 500 people on this list now and everyone has kind of thoughts and questions and ideas and even their own tips that work for them. So I'd like to get people's feedback and I'm I want your feedback and then I'm going to help in any way I can. And the idea is making a little

short videos for you. Happy if you just email me and then I'll email you a little video back whether it be like look at my website, you know, how do you do this different tips and ideas or even things that are working for you. I'm going to explain how I was inspired to do that. So let's let's get into this before. I do I want to talk about launch. I don't know if you guys have launched where you're at. It was recently a holiday time and I was with my kids went to

launch kind of a bad story. Last time I did launch Which was must've been three or four months ago or longer probably because I didn't want to go back. We were doing the thing where you're jumping up and down and then you're doing this dodgeball.

So I'm got this, actually, this hand, I had the ball ready to throw at my kids and my my shoulder one out of joint and so I was like sitting down group groveling in pain for about 5 minutes until I was able to lean back and put my shoulder back and Joint. I've had that happen before like the kids didn't even jump on me. Like in the past, my brothers and jumped on my shoulder, my shoulder popped out.

But this time I don't have that as an excuse It was that I was, I was like doing this backward motion, the same thing happened when I was diving one time where the, where my shoulder went back and then it eventually got better and I couldn't work out for a little bit, but, but now it's back. So this time at launch, I didn't do it, but one thing I was kind of curious as they have this interesting payment plan and I know you're gay. You guys, I always think about

this everywhere. I go, you probably think I'm kind of crazy. But this is what marketing people do. And so I stole this from their website and what they have is they have like the Just up the supercharged in the loaded. And so, the loaded is the one hour action pass. Five Dollar Arcade card, the charged up is hour and a half and Eight dollar card. This is the one that we did and then there's the supercharged.

But if you notice the difference between like the medium, like, everyone gets to medium but it's really only a few bucks more and you get another half hour. The problem is out at 2 hours, I don't really want to be there, but this is the idea behind our treatments. So right? So when we do things, we can offer them. The traditional, let's say the traditional treatment It's and then the regenerative treatments and a lot of people patience.

Let's say you have the traditional treatments regenerative and then like, the supercharged would be like the amnio. This is what what's working for me. Now I say, you know, traditionally we've been treating you with just cortisone, injections, we now have shockwave and for certain patients, if you qualify based on your ultrasound, we're going to do supercharged which is the amnio and I kind of explained that and just is that that that's what works better for me

right now. Okay, next thing this is the FC. I think you saw this if you listened last week and we're going to do this biopsy. Give you all my content on my macros, all my instructions. Any and then we're going to answer any questions please please, if you have any questions prior, send them to me prior I haven't gotten too many questions prior but I want to answer those prior so I can include them in the in the discussion.

Okay? And the way I'm doing the the this, this little alive, it's actually. Are going to, I want to give you guys. If you guys were actually listening to this, let me tell you the best of the behind-the-scenes. If you're not listening to this and you're at the it's going to be different, okay? Okay. Or girls or doctors whoever's listening so I have don't tell anyone I have pre-recorded it and it's going to go live at that time on Wednesday. Okay, that's kind of how its work. I'm just letting you know so I'm trying to do things live but doesn't really take time away

from my family. That's the whole bowl of doing things more efficiently, right? We can do these webinars and then make them Evergreen, like we're doing in the office right now. We did these webinars in the past and now we're making them Evergreen. Meaning we're sending out emails to the patients so they can watch these webinars again, and they're kind of Evergreen, that's the whole idea, but this is what I'm talking about.

If you want to learn about some of these things, you probably already do biopsies, but this is just some of my tips. Oops, the reason I'm doing this once again, I'm doing this for the residents actually tomorrow, which is Wednesday. So I wanted to make use of it. Next thing, my out decks my out desk, we talked with them, the main key, we want to use them to answer our phones ends up, being about twelve dollars an hour, they have different verticals that they use, so they do other

things. They do a lot of services. They don't do specifically. Scribing they have a cool my client reviews. The pricing is a 495 sign. Be another 12 month, contract two thousand dollars a month. The funny thing is, when we're listening originally, I thought it was two thousand dollars for 12 months and I'm like, okay, let's get like ten of these people.

And then they said it was two thousand dollars for a twelvemonth 12 2001. So if you add it like 2,000 times twelve is twenty-four thousand. So that ends up being about twelve dollars an hour. And there's no benefits which is the benefit to us. These are Filipino virtual assistants kind of a neat idea. If you want to consider a virtual assistant, Answer the phone. That's what world specifically looking for the other one that we're looking for, is hello

rage. And I thought this was kind of a neat idea, this is in your email. They don't have to spend time on a trendy site. These are all Dropbox videos. They put videos in Dropbox, and that's all they share. So, if you want to do videos for your patience, and you don't want to get all technical, you can just get a Dropbox account and you can add some videos.

They're on different diagnoses. Like a simple way if you do want to do a site as you do a Dropbox folder, Or each diagnosis like plantar, fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, new put the video in there. If you don't want to deal with YouTube, or if you want to deal with a website editing, you can just put them in Dropbox, that's kind of an easy way and put that link on your website or just send it out to patients.

So that wasn't kind of an easier way and I like this because they have some cool testimonial videos and things like that. I will put underneath this, the link to those videos. If you want to watch them for hello Rach. Another thing I'm dealing with is I'm starting to use a narrow spring brace. I've Done a master class on afos. And one of the newest ones is the arrow spring, which is an orthotic with basically a drop foot brace together combined, they call it custom.

We use Allied OSI. I don't get paid by them unless they want to pay me in are watching this, but they don't, I didn't want to cast them because it reminded me of like I don't know five or ten years ago where I used to have to hold their feet up. And so I asked them if they had a way around it and they do they could we could use the scanner system and send it over to them. We already have to Our scanner systems on our iPad. So, what's the problem with one more? We have the Northwest one, we

have forward motion. And now we're going to have the Allied one for the, a fo. And I think we have the one for Arizona as well. So, we have these different. So the basically we can just send it to different different place. We don't have to hold the foot for these Orthotics. The weird thing with the Orthotics though is that you can't really make changes to them. They're just a standard orthotic. Not sure how that works. But I don't know. It seems to be working.

I'm still trying it out on some patients and they say it's taking pressure. ER off the Achilles and plantar fascia and mid-foot, which I'm using it for next is I'm still reading gift ology. Actually I finished it. I listen to it once I'm listening to it number twice, two times. I like the idea because he talks about Cutlery, right? His whole thing is he started to do this for Cutco knives and if you don't have Cutco knives, we have Cutco knives or good knives.

But what I like even more is that he talks about, like, dividing it up and give them like one knife, every six months or something like that. It was kind of a neat idea that he has. He has a lot of other gift ideas, but the nicest thing, he As is a simple things, giving simple gifts, handwritten notes, kind of doing doing that for our patients. And for those that we get business from and we give business to it was a good book if Knology reading it. Number two, there were some cool

downloads. I'll put a link to these downloads kind of an eye. He had a cool story of Cameron Harold. He had this, he wrote this book called Vivid Vision, which is a good book. Some, he has some cool ideas to show appreciation, appreciation of holiday gifts of cool shock and awe package, or give someone a Asana and different ways different things to avoid. And then he has a five minute Journal, which is the journal that I currently use is the five-minute Journal.

So, you have some information, I'll put a link this View and I'll check out those. I want to share what I've been working on. If you guys are like me, you're probably interested in this stuff. Okay. And now I'm kind of dealing with how in the heck, do I look at the camera while I'm reading from a teleprompter but just, you know, there's a free teleprompter add-on and zoom so if you're in zooming you want to do stuff and record something Zoom, you can add a teleprompter one, but I the struggle is I'm kind of looking down, so I'm trying to figure out a way of doing it. I think what they mentioned is you're supposed to like, I have

this adjustable desk. Like, I think if I bring that camera down more, it's going to be a little bit easier, but I struggled with that recording it. And I have to add like the other stuff. So wait soon, you're going to see this and I'll show you guys how I'm doing that. Now this is a guy that helped me. Hey I'm glad you like the script. I do offer Consulting and copywriting services outside of fiber. I'm actually rebuilding my website I do site reviews in two

different ways. I can record a video to give you feedback or I can give feedback over a zoom call. The cost depends on how many pages you want feedback. Now, this spark my interest, okay, why? Because I'm always looking for stuff that can be done asynchronous. Okay, asynchronous means I do it today and I can use it later, for example, the biopsy, Workshop. Okay, if you haven't signed up for it, sign up for it. But it's asynchronous.

Meaning, I recorded it a week ago and it's going to show up on YouTube at 8 p.m. on a Wednesday where you guys think it's live, or you can watch it live, but it's then I'm going to take it down but it's asynchronous. So, the nice thing I like about this is, I've always been thinking about way I can do kind of coaching or like a mastermind, and this is a way to do an asynchronous coaching or asynchronous Mastermind.

And this is the thing, I kind of like about it where everyone can send like type stuff out or sent and I can send videos. Explain things. So that's kind of what I'm working on now is, how can I have a mastermind of other podiatrist and it could be asynchronous and like not during our busy day but I can still offer and give value to others. So this is what I'm thinking about now. That's why you're going to see underneath all these emails.

There's a way you can ask a question and then asynchronously I can take a minute or two just to answer it with a little video. Okay. And then I'll also give me more fodder or ideas for for Podiatry practice Master with these these weekly updates. Okay. And this is And of the what I'm what I'm working on, you know.
