I don't talk to hear, welcome to the Podiatry management minute episode number 30 once in a while. I like to bring some books that I'm reading or I've have read. This is one of my favorites. It Is by Mel Robbins and just so you know, I never read books or very rarely read books. I usually listen to them Audible and it's called the five-second rule. So five seconds to change your

life. And this is a really great book in a very simple concept and the gist of it, the 30 second Just of it is many times we get stuck in our head, right? We're stuck, we're worried. What people will think? We're worried if we should do it, we're going to be the repercussions not saying that. You shouldn't think about things, but your you already intuitively know what you should be doing. We just get scared and many times scared of taking action of doing things.

And that's what her five second rule is that, you take it, and you countdown 54321, and you just do that one action without overthinking it. And she has a lot of tips on how to start with, like, getting out of bed. So, instead of hitting the snooze you countdown 54321, And then you do that, that thing that you were wanting to do. And this is something that's very easy to do it.

I would recommend listening to it at least twice because you get more the second time, through always with these types of books. I just listened to them when I'm driving to work or to and fro from some other place, but this is a really good book. If you have any other books that you think I should mention to the other people listening to this YouTube series, please share your tip right.

Underneath, what you think is a great book and why you think it and I'll give you more information at a future episode. Code. If you guys like this, please like this and subscribe to this so I can give you more videos. Okay? Thanks.
