[PMM] #29 - Offer an Even Up

Hi, Don Felder here, welcome to the Podiatry management. Minute episode 29 offer. Please, please, please offer an even up. I see many patients, they come from other other orthopedist, or other doctors, or even hanger labs and they don't have anything on their other shoe. This is a really good idea, it's just an evening up system for the other shoe when they have a walking boot because what happens is their knee, their hip, their back starts to hurt

and patients are very well. Willing to use something like this. This is called an even up. It's something you can easily carry in your office and patients they just pay for it. And what we do we don't even say this as the doctors to the patient. What happens is when the staff brings in the can boot, that they're getting, they just bring the even up and they have him, try it on with the even up and they explained how it helps their other foot to be the same height as the one that's in the

can, the can boot. So just something that's one of those easy, little things that can help our patients offering and even upper or something. Similar whatever one you'd like, you can tell them to wear a high heel shoe, but it doesn't always work especially if they need to be in that type of a device for a long period of time.
