Hi Don here, welcome to the Podiatry management minute. I was like to share about some good books as well for anyone that's listening if you like to read books, this is a really short book. It's kind of a story it's called go for know and it's kind of funky title and it looks like the the the art is from like clip art from the 1960s but it has a really good message. It has a really good message. I'm going to give you the 30 second.

Synopsis the 32nd, synopsis is an Ample of a gentleman that he was in sales and he kind of fell hit his head and he got to be with his future self. That was 10 years later and he was just super successful and when he went back and he talked to the super successful guy, he figured out what the main difference was in the main difference.

Was that he he was always waiting for the for the customer to say no to him versus assuming that they were going to say no. And this is kind of a story format of something that we know, but We're offering treatments a lot of times, we are going to prejudge patients of what we think they can do. And what they what we think they can't do in terms of treatment.

We may have some expensive treatment that we're offering them and we make that decision for them if insurance doesn't cover it. But his example is what we really have to do is focus on failing, focusing on getting to know, getting knows from our patients and there's an easy way to track and I'm going to go over this and some of the future videos. But I have a little, I'm trying to hide my I guess I can't even show. You. But it's my little this is my

thing that print out every day. So what I'm seeing patients, how many visits and I'm doing and things like that. And so if I get nose from patients or I'm offering something I think that would truly benefit them and they say no, I'm actually counting the number of nodes and that was one of the focuses on that book. So you might be interested. I'll put a little link underneath to that to that book.

If you're if you like it, if you have a book that you think would benefit that we could do a little synopsis in this little video series, please let me know. And please like the video and subscribe. Okay.
