I don't want to hear welcome to the Podiatry management. Minute want to talk about something real simple. This is called the bone enhance function on X-rays and you might not know this. If you have a medical record or I'm sorry, a Pac system in your office, but I want to just explain if you don't know about born enhancement. It is very, very beneficial. So this is an example.

This image on the right is an example of a normal x-ray that we typically see and there is a function on, on the top of most x-rays that you can do is called bone enhance. And you can choose what percentage you want, 20 percent, 80 percent. And then when you do that, you can see much more any cortical, the cortical aspect of the bone. And so, it's easier for us to determine any signs of stress fractures. Any other issues that are going on in the bone, specifically, stress fracture.

That's what we use it for and the office. And this is an example. You can see it's much more highlighted. You can see the little like worked like, The cortex you can also see the trabecular pattern of the bone there. So if you're not using bone enhanced, kind of look on your your pack system that you have in the office. See if you can do that, it's pretty easy to do and it really makes it a lot easier to explain

things to patients. So hope you guys enjoyed that, please like this video And subscribe to this Channel and ask any questions you have. There's a little place. You can share your tip or ask any questions underneath this video. Okay.
