Hello and welcome to Podiatry practice Mastery down here. I want to talk today how I have probably lost a few thousand dollars in the last year with Carrie Flex. So I was talking to another doctor the other day. As I occasionally, do people reach out to me or I'm helping this particular doctor. I was helping with some stuff with Athena and we were talking about my templates and I was giving my templates out. So if you guys are interested in
my templates, shoot me an email. I donít Podiatry, practice Master e.com. And so I put the templates and then this doctor also as hey, give me your consent forms. I'm like, okay, well, I just add those had my staff. Add them to a folder and so they're all in there as well. All the contents and one of the concerns I had was for Carrie X and my consent basically reads and I like Carrie Flex.
I know some people don't like to to grind down the nails and I think it's more of a, I don't know, a cosmetic thing and they prefer to do other things. But I found, it's one of the only thing that really makes my patients Cry For Joy. They're so happy from it. It changes their life. You know, I'm not reimbursed by Carrie flex, but I just think it
works well. And but I've been losing thousands of dollars because What I do is I charge 125 per nail per application and normally I just do one nail. Usually, it's the big nail occasionally. It's the second now. So I learned two different tips. From this other doctor, the first tip and I liked because she sent me her consent. The first tip I want to give you because I wasn't doing this is charging for the kit and for the
application. So I like that idea because I was I was basically giving away the kit and just charging Or the application. Whereas I think if you charge 75 for the kit and then plus 100 or 125 per nail or maybe discounted for the other Nails. You're going to produce a lot a lot more for your practice. That was the first tip. So if you are not doing that, I would change the consent once again. If you want to see my consent,

They're all in there as well. The other tip that this doctor had and because I only use, we're also talking about on a fix. And so the to nail kind of procedures I do. Are they carry flex and Auntie?
Fix the on FX, I was only using the hard on effects and I was kind of guaranteeing it for three months and things like that. And this doctor said, they only use two strips of the of the soft on a fix on there. So anyway, that was another idea and if you Do those things as well. But I just wanted to share that with you, so you don't lose money. Like I was losing money and but that's how we learn, that's how we improve things. So, certainly, send me any of
