Hey guys welcome to Podiatry practice Mastery down here. Day number one with my virtual scribe kind of training them wanted to give you a little rundown. So it was good. It was a little bit of a pain for me to get used to. We use teams. I'm not used to using Microsoft teams, I tend to use zoom for
most of my things. And so we used teams today, it's kind of a pain logging in because I log in, on my phone, which I put in my pocket, And then I login in each of the treatment rooms so kind of my work around there for training. Is they sent the team's link which is the link. You kind of you like click to to log into teams.
I have a this on the cell phone it's actually just a spear cellphone and so I send that link to my email and I can open it up there and then I also send it to my Athena chat. So then I can whatever treatment room. I open up, I open up the chat and I can lock and it was kind of a Because you have to mute your speaker and your microphone on all of my computer's. And then I I left a microphone open but the speaker closed on my phone. So it's a little bit of a pain to get that.
But eventually what happened? All it is is like it's one way. I'm talking all the time and they can unmute there's to talk to me on my phone but everything else is muted. So today all they did was just watch, watch what I did and I kind of talked them through a little bit. I had Add the phone in my pocket as I was going through and and I tried to explain there wasn't too many questions because they're just observing for the first three days.
So today's Wednesday. So it's going to be a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, we observe and then next week it'll be all week and then by the week after it seems too good to be true, but they'll be doing all my notes so we'll see how that goes. All the other training went well, but it was pretty easy. I just had someone listening in a little frustrating in the beginning of the day and then we had to log out of one instance, and start a new teams meeting. But other than that, Everything
was good. It's kind of weird talking but no patience really never asked my staff introduce Hannah at a virtual scribes that, okay but this I didn't really change how I did anything else. Today I might have to change a little bit in the future but the cool thing is with Athena and I can take pictures and my staff take picture. So this the The Scribe can look at the pictures that's kind of a neat thing. Anyway, that's day one. I will let you know how it goes as we go on. Okay guys, thanks.
