My guest today is a former Army special operations 10th Group team member, and combat support Officer. He served in Romania, Iraq and a shit load of other countries not to be named. He faced a lot of struggles and trauma throughout his life and found his path to healing through the ganglian block, talking and being with other veterans and physical fitness.
