And now an exclusive interview with David Bassey for Dodger Talker.
We're live at Coarsefield in Denver, Colorado, where Tanner Scott comes in at a tough place to pitch for our four out save. Tanner, just tell us what he was going through your mind as you had to come in and be able to get four outs here at this ballpark.
I tried not letting any of any Vanda guys score. But uh, yeah, I mean a bad pitch and uh we gotta win.
But you still kept your composure after all that.
Yeah, you got to.
Yeah, I mean usually you come off the mound.
You had that confidence and you were in command of this game.
Yeah, I mean, especially after that. But just double play ball. That's all on my mind.
Yeah, how about to play? Max Munsey made behind you for that first out. He's pretty good. He's pretty good. What can you say about this whole game tonight? I guess as a bullpen you gotta be ready. No lead is safe here.
Yeah, I mean, you always gotta be ready. Especially we had Rebo cover a lot of innings and that was huge. So no, but bullpen games are bullpen games. And then we got a pretty good bullpen, so let's always be ready.
You're pretty good too. It feels like your confidence is at a season high right now. I'll take what I can hear about my deadfish handshake with Michael Conforto. No, how was it? You want to feel it?
No?
Okay, leave it right there. Thanks Tanner, Thank you,
