Yeah, it means a lot to me. Obviously, not the best start and then the way this game started for me pretty tough. So to come through big My teammates right there, they've been picking me up all year so far, and uh, to find you come through for them. As you know, it was a little emotional for me, but it was a big hit and just set the stage for a show of just little special on his night.
How did you put everything that happened in the first couple of innings away and regroup?
Uh, I'd like to think that's just my mentality. You know, mistakes are gonna happen, but if you dwell on it, they're gonna continue to happen. You gotta want the ball every single bitch. And for me, despite you know, the two bad plays, I wanted the ball every time. I wanted to be hit right at me every single time. And you know, I want I want the bat. I want to be in the situation I want to be in the moment, and you know, it's a tough game. It's not always gonna work out for you, but that's
what I want to be in. And I feel like as long as you don't shy from it, you can trust yourself and you know, for me, just trust that you're gonna come out of it again.
Max. I know how much you care about this team and how much you care about delivering. How are you able can you describe the emotions you had at second base and right now, the emotions that you're feeling with the love that you're getting from your teammates, and the way Tail gave you a hug and Mookie came up to you, all that support. It's a little a little.
Tough to describe, but you know, I think that just goes to say the clubhouse that we have in there is pretty special. And no one gives up on anybody. You know, we all have each other's backs, and you know we're in this from the long run, and we know what kind of team we have, We know what kind of clubhouse we have, and you know it's gonna be a special season and we've been showing it so far already. We're only you know, a week and a half in and you know, it's just really special clubhouse.
And so it's hard to put into words for me, but I said it was it was a little emotional for me.
