We are live at Dodgers Stadium after Jack Flaherty and the Dodgers take a commanding one nothing series win over the Mets with a nine to nothing shutout. Jack, you really set the tone tonight. How good did you feel out there with all your pitches from the start?
Just good to get a quick first inning and then you guys come out and get you a lead and you just want to get them right back in the dugout. So it was just fun going from there.
What was different as far as just the way you guys came out to play tonight, It felt like from top to bottom, just a complete game by everybody, just keeping.
That same energy that we had last series and continuing on with it, just just doing that, continuing on, you know, one after the other. And then you boys came out and swung it and made some really good players that play he came made, and Lux playing you know, they just play catching. That changed the inning there.
So it's huge, Jack, when you look at this team and which you guys have been able to accomplish from a pitching standpoint, thirty three consecutive scoreless sinnings. It's not just you. It's just not one reliever it's a whole staff. How much pride do you guys taken.
That that's what you're trying to do. It you want to build off, you know, one after the other and go out and make pitches and that's all you can do. That's all you can try to do. And these guys did a really good job at the end of the San Diego series and was just trying to pick u where we left off.
