Hey, here's tonight's clean up hitter, Gavin Lux doing cleanup hitter things, driving in three runs against Paul Skeens. First and foremost. How big was it for the team to get a lead against Skeens in the first inning.
Yeah, I think anytime you get on the boarder early, you know, throughout hits, doing RBIs all that. Uh think over all though, good at beats all round. Off I'm a really good pitcher, so can't complaint.
In the third inning, it felt like all you guys that were getting to Skeens, you were staying within yourselves and really short swings to get to the ball.
Yeah, I mean you have to. He's got he's got really good stuff. You know, three pitches that that are elead. So you just got to go up there and try to fight and just like you said, try to be short.
And darrow the ball.
And I think that's what we did as a team in it. It was good all around.
