Speaker 1

Gavin Lux on base four times. Today you come big again with a two run home run in the sixth inning. What's it like to be part of a lineup the last couple of days that found a way to score twelve runs?

Speaker 2

Yeah, I think, you know, a lot of us just grinded it out, try to just pass the baton to the next guy and the next guy, and thinking over the course of three games, even the first night, we had a chance to win, a lot of guys on base, a lot of traffic, so I think up and down, you know, the whole series, we had a lot of good at bats and strung a lot together and timely hits and situational hitting. Overall, thought, you know, we did our really good job.

Speaker 1

It feels like whatever you work with with Uncle Lux back in Wisconsin, you seem to be connected to the ground and seeing the ball pretty well.

Speaker 2

Yeah, Uncle Schmidt, come on, baby, Yeah no, I mean we just talked about, you know, trying to use the ground and getting the ground better. And you know, I think when I'm like that, I see the ball earlier, see it longer, and you just give yourself a better chance to cover different pitches.

Speaker 1

Lex See, what can you say about River Ryan and the fire he showed tonight as far as being able to, you know, give you guys what you needed and really have the confidence that Gavin Luz has at second base.

Speaker 2

Yeah, we're saying he's got some big nuts. Uh, you know, he competed his ass off tonight and uh he's got really good stuff man, So uh you know, he's he's special, really good competitor too. So overall, I mean, I don't know, there's there's not much that that you can't like in that. So he's a dog man. He did really well the night against a really good lineup
