Dodger Talk is sponsored by La Care Health Plan, providing affordable healthcare insurance to millions of Angelinos for over twenty five years. And now your voice for Dodger Talking like back, David Basse. Welcome the Dodger Talk David Vasse live at Dodgers Stadium until eleven thirty tonight, taking your phone calls at eight six six nine, eight seven two five seventy. The Giants snap a seven game losing

streak at Dodger Stadium with an eight to three victory tonight. This game was close until the eighth inning, where the Giants scored six runs off of Johann Ramirez and Joe Kelly and the Dodgers fall eight to three. You heard from Dave Roberts in the Clubhouse Show. He had a reason behind having Johann Ramirez come back out for the eighth inning. Uh there was a bullpen shortage to not just with several key relievers that had pitched three out of the last four

days. They were losing two to one. He cannot bring Joe Kelly for two innings tonight. That was probably something he was saving if the Dodgers took the lead. Daniel Hudson probably or not. Probably he was being saved if the Dodgers had a lead in the ninth inning. So you just can't run out the same relievers out there, no matter what the score is, no

matter what the situation has been, It just doesn't work that way. And with Clayton Kershaw going tomorrow, you gotta be prepared for the fact that the pitch count might get up early in the game and you may have to go to your relievers earlier than you usually do. So it's not just about tonight, it's about tomorrow as well. And speaking of Clayton Kershaw, the Great

Kershaw will be making his season debut tomorrow afternoon at Dodgers Stay. If you have not got your tickets, there are still some available at Dodgers dot com slash tickets. You know, my kids are on summer break right now, and I never do this, but I said, hey, you guys want to come to the game to see Kershaw's first game of the season. I can pull some strings. I could get you to the top deck if necessary, so the vast a kids will be here. Because you know, you

don't take these type of things for granted. He's a future Hall of Famer He's had a great career. It's going to be special to see him be on the mound because there were no guarantees in December or during this entire process that he would be back on the mound this season. So I think we all have to take inventory of that, and we will hear from the great orthopedic surgeon, doctor Neil Elatrosh, who performed the left shoulder surgery a little

bit later in the show. But tonight, Chris Taylor had the first hit for the Dodgers off the Giants with two outs in the seventh inning, a double, and if you look at the replay, you could see him win seeing when he was rounding first base. And we found out during the game that it was a left groin issue. So let's head downstairs to hear from Chris Taylor on Sports at LA. Uh Yeah, rounding first I felt it. It's kind of grabbed on me to get him and just tomorrow and see

what it is. I really don't never really had a groin or adductor injury before, so I think that's just this game. In the offense, What were you guys seeing from Ryan Tew? One kind of erratic? He wasn't that person thing. But then how he quickly settled in pretty similar from what are we haven't faced for a while, but pretty similar to what I remember. It's always it's always had really good stuff and good fastball, and then

that slider plays right off a bit in the same tunnel. He's tough, you know, he's and when he's when he's on, it's really you just got to grind him out. I think we definitely missed an opportunity in the first inning, could have capitalized there, and he was able to get out of it. He made some good pitches. What's your what's your level? Just for the growing you know, obviously a little with a mob, But yeah, I don't want to I don't want to guess or speculate, you

know, I'll see what the doctors say. You know, I didn't feel like a pop or anything like that, so you know, I'm hoping it's very minor. Prior to this, have you been feeling so good at the plate? And what do you think a big turnaround is the last month or

so well? I don't know. I don't know if I've been feeling like so good at the point, but I think a little bit of my turnaround has just started with a mechanical fix and I had a good stretch there for a week or two, and then since then, I've just been able to stick with my approach that I've always wanted to have, and like using the whole field, being able to think right senter kind of keeps me on a lot of pitches and in the past, so when I had that approach,

it caused me to be underneath and I wasn't really moving them all forward. And yeah, so it was like a mechanical adjustments that allowed me to do that, all right. So I agree with Chris Taylor on two points that

he made. Number One, the first inning tonight was the Dodgers' chance to really take control of this game after Robbie Ray and his first inning since coming back from Tommy John's surgery, allowed to run without giving up a hit by hitting two Dodgers walking to Dodgers, including Andy Paez, with the bases loaded to force in a run, and then Vargas and Taylor struck out to the end the inning and as Dennis Green would say, got him off the hook. So you know, I agree with that, and I also agree when

a reporter was trying to shine up Chris Taylor. He has not been feeling great at the plate again. In the month of July, seventeen games, he's only hitting a buck seventy three, So at least he's honest about the way things have been going. But certainly in the five games that he has played in since the All Star Break, it's a little bit better. He's four for fifteen and he had the Dodgers first hit of the game tonight in

the seventh inning with two outs. So Chris Taylor headed to the il and Dave Roberts said during the Clubhouse show that James Outman is on his way and will be activated in place of Chris Taylor. Eight six six eight seven two five seventy is the phone number. Let's head out to the phones. Eileen.

Who is at Dodgers Stadium tonight. The largest crowd of the season at Dodger Stadium tonight, Eileene, thanks for checking in, Oh, thanks for taking my Callum a big chan of yours and I listen to your show every day with my son. Oh, thank you. I'm not sure if that's good parenting or not, but I appreciate it. So I have to say that the only exciting thing that happened that tonight was that my husband caught a foul ball. Oh, all right, that's exciting. Did he catch it

on a bounce or did he catch it on the fly? Oh, he caught it on the fly. It was pretty awesome. All right, that's legitimate right there. If it was on the bounce or it came back from the top deck, I would take away points on that, Eileen. Oh no, yeah, straight off the bat. So I'm sure you fell up. I'm sure you fell all over in love with him again tonight watching him

catch. Yeah, definitely. So I was calling to say that, you know, I felt hopeful and you know, watching the game, but once I saw Johann Ramirez take the plate, I knew it was going to be downhill, and then it certainly was. With that said, do you expect anything to have him? Are we keeping him or why do you see unfolding? Well, they're not gonna, you know, they're not gonna do to him when you know, you're kind of suggesting that they're just gonna, you

know, basically put his head and chop it off. II lean, I don't think the Dodgers are going to do that. Johann's a great guy. But look, with Clayton Kershaw coming back tomorrow, the Dodgers need to make a roster move. And uh, out of all these pictures in the bullpen, I would say he's the weakest link right now and he just hasn't been good. So yeah, I would say there's a good chance, Uh,

he's not on the roster tomorrow when Clayton Kershaw is activated. I mean, they could send down one of these young kids, but I just don't see them doing that. Yeah, I don't either, But yeah, I was, Yeah, I was. I was. Yeah, I don't know. When I saw him come up to the plate, I just was like, this is bad news. He did not come up to the plate. He took the mound when you saw him come back out for the eighth inning. Yeah, I understand a corrections and retractions. Yeah, I make a lot

of mistakes. Don't worry. Thanks a lot. I appreciate the phone call Eileen. I got to move on. Wow, that was a little awkward there at the end, But I appreciated, Eileen. And congratulations to your husband for catching that foul ball. I feel like that was a humble brag. She was calling in to complain about the Dodgers, but also wanted to compliment and really brag about her husband catching that foul ball. Eight six six nine eighty seven two five seventy is the phone number. We love you,

Eileen, call back anytime, Frank and Hacienda Heights. You're on Dodger Talk. How you doing, Frank? How's it going? You have any humble brags you want to share with us? Frank? Yeah? Any updates on Yamamoto. That's not a humble brag. No, I'm just saying, like, any updates on is easy coming back this season? Yeah, By the looks of it, he was throwing the heck out of the baseball yesterday when I was watching him throw it from straightaway center field all the way to the

left field foul pole where five minutes of fame Chico Herrera was catching. So yeah, I would say he's on his way back Chico. That sounds good. Thank you, Dave. All right, Frank, thanks a lot for the phone call. Eight six six nine seven two five seventy is the phone number tonight. Like I mentioned, the largest crowd of the season at Dodgers Stadium fifty four thousand and seventy a sellout on keyk Hernandez Bobblehead Night, and

can you believe tonight was the largest crowd at Dodgers Stadium post pandemic. The last time the Dodgers had a crowd this large was Game five of the twenty nineteen NLDS And you have to go back even further for a regular season crowd this large May thirty first, twenty nineteen. So you guys all came out

to support Keik and to see the Giants and Dodgers tonight. Unfortunately, San Francisco's snaps the Dodgers five game winning streak, but if you stick around for the ninth inning, you got to see Austin Barnes extend his hitting streak to ten games coming off the bench as a pinch hitter. Let's go out to Ben in Canoga Park. You're on Dodger Talk. How you doing, Ben? Hey, David, thanks for taking my call. Man. Yeah, you know, I feel like I'm bringing brought back down to Earth after this

loss. You know, after that short little winning streak we had, I kind of had like a little glimmer of hope. But you know, then you realize that the bullpen gets spent in the way it's managed and things like that. Managed. Are you blaming the way it was managed? It's been managed? Fine, Well, I not necessarily. I'm not calling for Dave Roberts head. I'm not one of those guys. But let's just say, like Johann Ramirez in his last four outings has given up two runs in less

than an inning of work. This guy, I mean, it just seems like the manager is favoring him out of the other arms in the bullpen. And uh, well, Johan number one has a rubber arm. That's part of the reason why he's still on this roster. He could pitch uh more times than other relievers, and when the Dodgers are down, they got to bring somebody in. And I thought he explained it pretty well why he decided to go to Johann for a second inning. Yeah, yeah, I must

have missed that. I didn't. I didn't hear his explanation. But you know, you got a guy like that, and then, well, it's not just about it's just not all about Ben, It's not just about tonight. The way Dave Roberts explained it was basically he had Joe Kelly, Ryan Yarborough and Daniel Hudson available, They're not bringing in Daniel Hudson in the eighth

inning because they're going to save him to close the game. They didn't want to use Ryan Yarborough because they they had to go to him because YO put them in a bad spot. Joe Kelly cannot pitch two innings, So I could see the argument where you may say, you know what you got, you got out of it in the seventh, why not Joe Kelly in the eighth inning down two to one? So I could see that argument, But I thought Dave gave a pretty good explanation. Thanks for the phone call.

Daniels Jewelers is the official sponsor of the Trip around the Diamond. Stop by any Daniel's location and say home run for your free team bracelet and fifty dollars gift card toward any purchase of ninety nine dollars or more. Daniels Jewelers owned the Dream eight six six ninety seven two five seventy is the phone number. Nick on Med, former diamondback and former Giant who San Francisco released on July

thirteenth, was available and the Dodgers picked him up. With Miguel Rojas's right forearm tightness appearing to be a little bit more serious than what they initially thought. As I told you last night, I was watching Rojas the previous two days and he wasn't throwing, and that's why I mentioned last night at the end of the show, I felt like they were going to have to put him on the injured list, and they were very fortunate, the Dodgers were

that a player like Nick Ahmed was available. He's not a great hitter, but he's a really good defensive shortstop. So he's going to be on this roster for the foreseeable future until Rojas comes off the IL or the Dodgers make a trade for another shortstop type infielder. But we had a chance to catch up with Nick Ahmed before today's game. All right, Nick, how did this all come together? Pretty quickly? Got to call it late last night

and greeted terms pretty quickly and decided to come and pretty obvious choice. Just playing against these guys for a long time and knowing the opportunity to compete and win a championship is something I wanted to send it for to a team, and you're thrust into the lineup already so quickly. How Is that easier? Is that more challenging? I mean, baseball parts are familiar part, it's just meeting the new people and getting used to the new environment is the tough

part. So once a game starts, it'll all be normal. I'm excited to play tonight and excited to get a win tonight too. When they asked you about signing here, did they kind of explain this as a long term situation a short term situation? Yeah, we didn't talk too much about that. You know, obviously things changed all the time, and you know, I'm just here going to focus one day at a time and try to help

us win games, all right. Nick comed got the started shortstop tonight for the Dodgers, and he had his first hit as a Dodger in the eighth innings. So I'm a big fan of Nick com Ed's. I think he's a really good player. He serves a really good role purpose and look, he kind of is a different type of version of Miguel Rojas. He's a really good defensive shortstop. He's not known for his back, but you never know, and the Dodgers were fortunate to have a guy like Nick Ahmed available

this late in the season. Because the Giants let him go on July thirteenth. So I kind of feel like this may be a short term thing for Nick Ahmed being on the Dodgers, but you never know. If he plays well enough, this could turn out to be something that carries him through the end of the season. This is Dodger Talk David Vasse live at Dodgers Stadium

after the Dodgers fall to the Giants eight to three. The Dodgers got Tyler Glass now back tonight, They're getting Clayton Kershaw back tomorrow, and Walker Buehler is on the horizon as well. Walker Bueller is getting closer to being activated off the injured list. He returned to LA after working with some pitching coaches in Florida to get his hip right, to get everything back in line.

And Walker Buehler is going to do a rehab start Friday in Oklahoma City and there's a very good chance if all goes well there, his next start will be back with the Dodgers on the upcoming road trip. Earlier today, I had a chance to catch up with Walker Bueller about what went wrong for him in his first stint since his second Tommy John surgery and where things are out right now physically and mentally. Was that from that, I don't know, you know, but I did have a strain in kind of the growing hip

until uh, you know, it's important to pictures. So yeah, you know, I feel better now. I feel a lot more encouraged in terms of, at least mentally the knowledge of the delivery and seemingly the misses and the bullpen have been It's not taking me three or four to figure out why I miss up all there. It's kind of more like it used to be until. Yeah, I think that's encouraging. That was unique to do what you did. Did you feel like it benefited you and you got what you

wanted out of it? Yeah, I think it was. I think it was beneficial. I think it kind of figured out kind of a roadmap or like a stair that to to getting back to where I want to be. But uh, you know, I'm not the first guy to do that. I think maybe I'm one of the more open people about doing it. But we've had members of this team to do that before, and so hopefully it

works out a little better for myself than it did. But yeah, I mean, I'm encouraged by it and I think it's a big testament to to kind of the relationship that that we have between myself and the front office and the coaching staff, that we can kind of trust each other to do something like that, and you know, I hope that what comes out of it, you know, is beneficial for all of us. Do you feel like you're in a better spot now than say you were when you came back for

your first start this season? Yeah, I do. You know, I don't know if if that's more the delivery or the health thing, but that they're both were kind of issues, and again kind of the chicken or the egg, But you know, I feel I feel healthier and I feel like my throat is a lot closer than at used to be. Love to hear that from Walker Buehler, and certainly a fresh start for him in the most

important time of the season. Like I mentioned, during spring training and the first month of the year, the Dodgers did not want to rush Walker Buehler because I'm not going to say they didn't care about Walker Bueller's performance in April or May or June. But Walker Buehler has been known to be one of the biggest game pitchers the Dodgers have had the last since he got called up in twenty seventeen and really started to burst onto the scene in twenty eighteen.

We all remember Game one sixty three. We remember what he did in the World Series that year. We remember what he did in Atlanta or against Atlanta in twenty twenty during the NLCS. He's a big game pitcher and if he's right, he can be that guy for the Dodgers again. So that's what they're looking forward to. It's a fresh start. Nothing he can do to change what has happened the first couple of months since he came back, but you got to give him credit that he was proactive to try to do something

about it. And it feels like he's in a good spot to go out on his first rehab assignment since injuring his hip groin area and to come back and help the Dodgers down the stretch, and certainly in October. When you look at the Dodger pitching rotation, by the way, this is how it stacks up. Tyler Glass now, Gavin Stone, Justin Robleski, River, Ryan Clayton Kershaw, and then you have Walker Bueller who's on his way back

and the Dodgers just sent down Landon Nack today to activate Tyler Glass. Now, so that's the starting depth for the Dodgers and part of the reason why they're looking for another starting pitcher before July thirtieth. And let's not forget Yoshi Yamamoto. The Dodgers are confident Yama Moto's going to come back. I mean, I was skeptical, but watching him throw and long toss from freaking center field all the way to the left field foul line. If his shoulder was

hurt, he would not be able to do that. So that was encouraging to see with my own eyes, my own two eyes. All Right, we're gonna take a time out here on Dodger Talk. When we continue, we'll check in with Jose Mota, and also we'll hear from doctor Neil Elatrash, who certainly has a big part in Kershaw coming back eight months after surgery to make his first start of the season tomorrow afternoon here at Dodgers Stadium.

Tonight, the Giants beat the Dodgers eight to three on a five to seventy LA Sports on air at AM five to seventy online at AM five seventy LA sports dot Com and available my podcast on the iHeartRadio ASP. This is Dodger Talk with David Bassey. Two zero. Freeman swings in the air right center field. That did not get enough of this, Mistremsky will give way drops in front of him. In between he and Ramos, A man waved around Freeman on second for a second time this series. The Giants cannot talk in

the outfield. Communication is everything in life. The Giants did not have it there in the eighth inning and Freddy Freeman hit his twenty sixth double of the season, the only RBI base hit for the Dodgers tonight as they fall to the Giants eight to three in Game three of this four game series. By the way, that was like I mentioned Freeman's twenty sixth double of the season. Freddie Freeman now is just one double away from five hundred career doubles.

That is significant because there are a few really really good baseball players that never hit five hundred doubles in their careers, including Hall of Famers Frank Thomas, lou Brock, Vladimir Guerrero, Reggie Jackson, and Rod Carew. So Freddie Freeman is on his way to Cooperstown and he has won double away from five hundred. It's significant, don't get that twisted. Coming up in a moment, we'll hear from doctor Neil Elatrosh on the eve of our first Kershaw Day

of the season. Doctor Elatrosh, the best in the world. We will hear his thoughts on Kershawn making his comeback complete here against the Giants at Dodger Stadium. But first it's time to go around the horn with Jose Mota. Jose Mota on the call tonight with Steven Nelson. Rick Monday will rejoin the Dodgers in Houston, and just your thoughts Jose on Tyler Glass. Now, I know the baseball world got caught up in Robbie Ray, but it was

significant to have Glass now back for the Dodgers tonight. Oh, very significant. This is the guy that obviously he was strived to have any rotation from day number one, and like day number one for Glass now he was erratic. You know, the walks is something that obviously he does not want to be dealing with it, but he was able to limit to damage. You know, I'll take the start with five innings and to run based on the

results in terms of the delivery and the traffic. It's something that he knows he's got to go out there and correct and be able to put hitters away at trouble doing that at times, as we say, yankings and fastballs at times, just not having that straight delivery with all the pieces that need to come together for a guy that's six' eight. But overall the effort, I'll ap plotted it because he came out healthy. If night he want pitches.

There's a lot of questions about why Johann Ramirez to start the eighth inning tonight Jose Mota. I feel like Dave Roberts explained his thinking and it made sense, but he was forced to eventually bring in Joe Kelly, which certainly is frustrating for a lot of people, and I'm sure mostly for Dave. But how did you see how that game played out in the eighth inning with the Dodgers down just to run and very much in striking distance to come back.

Yeah, truly, the kid is he really wanted to stay away from Yarborough in that situation, and you know where mirrors forced him to do that. We all know Ramiers has pitched in spots where it's not where he belongs. There's no doubt about it. He's been given a long leash, he has not produced. He's been given every opportunity to fix things up and just does not. You know what, he can't command the fastball away and I don't know because he tried to throw it too hard. But he's a he's

a middle D type of guy. Down and end with a good sinker, but when it comes out to come up, hang away, he just is not able to do it. And we all see it. The other teams know the same thing. He saw the takes today from the Giants. There's like justforcement in the zone. Anything that starts away, just let it go, because even his sliders sometimes our pitches that go out there and slide away too much. But in terms of the strategy, they've they've you know,

on the money. But thinking not just about tonight and trying to get the Giants so lose another game at doll your stadium, is about what's coming up next, and I think overall, I'm not going to use it word concerned, but there's also that alertness and Leyden Curzoner coming back and you don't know exactly where you're gonna get from him. So tomorrow, no matter what, you're probably looking at at least four innings out of your bullpen. Hopefully that

is the case. And you have to manage well enough what you have in a particular evening to know that even though the game was closed when the nurse came back into that inning, that you just cannot force to say, the

guys to go out there time after time. And I'm sure there's some nervous excitement within the Dodger organization about Kershaw coming back for the first time tomorrow, Excitement that he is back and he's back in the month of July, but obviously some nerves about how it's gonna look and more importantly, how is he

going to bounce back the day after. I'm sure for cursiones like just another start, but not for all the people, all of us watching and knowing that what he's gone through, the procedure, this light setback, decision to

finally admit something is rolling my shoulder. It was hard for cursh but we're talking about a walking Hall of Famer that also has done a lot of things just on guts and I'm pride and the fact that he cares a lot about winning and all those things you can't measure on any computer or any analytics. I don't care who you are, her smart you or what school you went

to. He brings a lot to the table to just go out there and just applaud and know that his willingness to be ready and to compete and to say I am ready now is pretty much before as the hand, because you know, before his last rehab start, the talk was about let's get him to five, at least to five. He goes out there and goes four and he pitched just okay, And then the talk is where where the rotation is? And with all the arms coming up on the off days, the

time is going to be now. And I think it's playing out to be even bigger because against the Giants he got a chance to go through and win the series. And no matter what, for Curs, I hope that everything was very well. He comes out nice and healthy. Should be exact tomorrow our first Cruse Shah day of the season and certainly significant and it will be emotional at Dodgers Stadium tomorrow afternoon. Jose look forward to seeing you again and

hopefully the Dodgers. You know what I'll take that back not hopefully look forward to the Dodgers winning this series over the Giants tomorrow. I like that Logan Webb be ready because they have been scuffling out of lay. So turn the page and move on. Asta Maniana jose Mota, part of the Dodgers broadcast crew tonight on the call with Steven Nelson. Eight six six nine seven two five seventy is the phone number. Let's go out to Pomona. Jonathan,

You're on Dodger Talk with David vasse Hi. Jonathan, Hi, how you doing tonight, Jonathan? Thanks for staying up late. You're welcome. How is your day going? It's going great? Talking baseball? All right?

So I wanted to tell you about well, there's nothing really back to say about our Dodgers, but I wanted to say about today we lost the eight to three lost against the Giants, which was very bad, and that I wanted to congratulate Will Smith and Shohl, Kanye Andoskarnandez and yeah, yes, and then I wanted to gradulate Tooskar and Ennis for the Homer Derby Championship bringing our first ever one to the Dodgers. All right, Jonathan, I'll pass

that along to uh Taoscar and the rest of the guys. Thanks a lot for listening. Eight six six seven two five seventy is the phone number. Hey, I was that kid once. I used to call Ross Porter and sound like that. So all good, all good, right there, Jonathan, thanks for listening. Now tomorrow, like I mentioned, Uh, Clayton Kershaw is taking the mound for the first time since undergoing left shoulder surgery eight

months ago. And who did he go see? He went to see the best in the world because he only he demands the best, so he went to the best, and that is doctor Neil Elatrosh. And how about this. Not only did doctor Elatrosh operate on Kershaw's left shoulder the night before the procedure, he allowed Kershaw to spend the night in his house. Kershaw flew from Texas, spent the night at the Elatrosh home, and then drove him

in to perform left shoulder surgery on him. Doctor Elatrosh is one of the best and his magic hands was able to operate on Kershaw authroscopically, meaning he did not have to cut his left shoulder open. If he would have had to do that, Kershaw would not have been on the mound tomorrow and he

would not have the same range of motion. But because doctor Elatrosh is the best in the world, he was able to be very fine arthroscopically and not be as invasive as it would be to cut his shoulder open, and uh it worked out. Doctor Latrosh is pretty humble. So he's one of one. Kershaw's one of one, and this procedure was one of one. You are one of one, There's no doubt about that. He's one of one. Is this surgery for him to be able to be on the mound eight

months later one of one's. He's the first one that I know of that is coming back to sports at this level with this particular operation. To be able to do what we did, it had to be done arthroscopically for him to have a chance of being able to rehab it and get his motion back to be able to give him a chance to play this year. And if we couldn't accomplish that, and it would have had to be done with a more invasive approach, we wouldn't be where we are. And the problem with

this particular diagnosis is it's really exceedingly difficult. Some think not possible to accomplish this arthroscopically, but we know with newer technology and newer tools that were constantly working on to develop, I thought we had a reasonable chance. Yeah,

no doubt. I would say there was a good chance if doctor Eltrosh was the one performing the procedure, and he certainly was able to deliver for Kershaw, and Kershaw was very dedicated to the rehab process, and he will be on the mount tomorrow for the Dodgers at one ten against the San Francisco Giants. Clayton Kershaw, by the way, is only fifty six strikeouts away from three thousand in his career, so he'll be back on the mound chasing that

and chasing a win in a World Series Championship. It starts tomorrow for Kershaw, and the Dodgers certainly need Kershaw after going down the list of their starters right now, and as I mentioned a couple of nights ago, it seems like when the Dodgers need Kershaw the most, he steps up no matter what his physical condition is. And here he is, eight months after shoulder surgery, going to take the mound at Dodger Stadium against Logan Webb and the San

Francisco Giants. Our coverage begins at noon with first pitch at one ten. That'll do it for us on Dodger Talk tonight. Thanks to Colin me back at our Burbank studios, Thanks to Dwayne McDonald out here at Dodgers Stadium, and thanks to you for listening. In case you miss any of the show, you can find it on the Iaheart Radio app. We also caught up with the Dodgers director of amateur scouting, the one and only Billy Gasparino.

You can hear about the Dodgers twenty four draft class. Billy went through it on the pregame show. He's one of the best, and Andrew Freeman has a lot of trust in him because of the track record, obviously, and they've been a team since twenty fifteen. So Billy Gasprino joined us and you can hear that full conversation on the iHeartRadio app. You'll hear our full conversation with doctor Neil Elatrosh tomorrow as well. Once again. The final score tonight

from Dodgers Stadium. The Dodgers fall to the Giants eight to three. Ben Maller on Fox Sports Radio is next. Have a great rest of your night, see it
