Transcript

Speaker 1

We're live in Miami. After the Dodgers get the win eight to four of the final score and Chris Taylor got the start tonight, move from left field to center field. You came up with a big hit, Chris, after the Dodgers were able to kind of turn the momentum there in the bottom of the seventh inning. How big was it to Tech on those two runs.

Speaker 2

Yeah, just to get some insurance, you know, give us a little cushion going to the back half of the bullpen to be able to shut it down. Just I think having that security is always nice.

Speaker 1

In that bottom of the seventh inning, Edwards tries to go to third on the overthrow from Will. How big of a throw is that from Pa has to cut him down to kind of control the damage.

Speaker 2

Huge. We've seen him do that a couple of times this year and it's got a special arm.

Speaker 1

You guys at the bottom of the order tonight drove in all eight runs. How important is that moving forward?

Speaker 2

Yeah, that's big. You know, it's important for us to have a balance line off obviously, you know what we got at the top. So if we can do our job at the bottom and get on base and come through when we need to, you know. I think that's what it's going to take for us to to be consistent and be where we want.

Speaker 1

To be at the end of the year. Thanks for stopping, Chris, appreciate it.

Speaker 2

Thank you.
