We're alive at Dodgers Stadium after the Dodgers defeat the Rockies by a final score of six to two. And how about our guy Chris Taylor getting the start back where it all began in twenty seventeen center field. What a third inning for you, Chris, to not only rob Ezekiel Tovar but also be part of that four run third inning. How did it feel to be back out there again?
Yeah, it was fun, you know, just to get back out on the field. Obviously, I haven't been playing much so trying to be patient away from an opportunity, and you know, tonight it's all good to contribute. I feel like I'm a part of this and it's a good win.
For us at bottom of the third inning as an offense, do you feel like that might have been one of your best nights as a team.
I don't know. I mean, I think we've had a lot of good nights. I think it was just it was a good team win. You know, I think top to bottom through the lineup, we had really good at bats. We kind of really grinded the starting pitcher down, got into their bullpen early, and that's been the focus these last couple of days is getting back to who we
are and you know, making them work. You know, I think we're the most disciplined hitting team in baseball, and you know, so we need to start, you know, kind of honing in on what we do best.
Well, you're part of it and had been part of it for a long time. Great to see you back out there in centerfield. You still got it.
Thank you.
