And an exclusive interview with David Bassey for Dodger Talker.
Hey Ben, what a win and you played a big part in it. What's it like to be so important to this team.
Yeah, just being flexible, you know, kursh battle to get that last guy out. Didn't make a great pitch, Mike, he made a great catch, and just keep the ball rolling. My job right there is just you know, keep us in the game, give us a chance to win. And absolutely electric night, huge winmen needed it at home against a really good team, and it was awesome.
It felt like you were really keeping them up balanced for those three innings that you were in there for with your fastball and the sweeper.
For sure. I think that's the biggest thing, is just commanding the zone when the slider's in the zone. When I wanted to be in as much as it was tonight, it just opened up the door for the fastball and you know, occasional curve ball whatever it is. But I felt like I was in I was in control.
Man. It feels like this offense is never out of the game. So to keep it a one run game feels like you guys have a good chance to win.
Absolutely. I think I think that's a story of our team, you know what I mean, anybody top, you know, top the bottom and get it done like that. And you just saw it there, you know, a huge bounce back from Tanner getting out of that inning and doing what he does. So this was great and we needed.
It, all right, Ben, thanks for stopping. Congratulations of course, thank you.
