The Irish sea seperates the islands of Ireland and Britain. In 1977 Maxwell Davis explored this sea - from the Kish sand banks about 7 miles off the coast of Dublin to the gas fields below the sea bed to the environs of Dublin Bay (Broadcast 1978)
