The big news in evangelicalism as of late has been the controversy surrounding James MacDonald and the church he planted, Harvest Bible Chapel. There have been numerous accusations from former elders, past and current members, and even a popular radio personality. It’s been covered by both secular and Christian media outlets and the local news has been reporting on the drama as it continued to unfold. James was recently fired by the elders of Harvest Bible Chapel, and other leadership is now resigning. Today, Jimmy and Joe talk through the history of James and Harvest Bible Chapel, and offer some encouragement to the many current and former members of the church as they seek to move forward following Jesus.
