In some alternate universe, the BBC had complete confidence in Colin Baker; Season 23 was produced and premiered right on schedule; and Graham Williams wrote the first of what would be a long line of excellent scripts for the show he once produced. None of those things happened in our universe, of course – but we still got the excellent Graham Williams story.
