In this episode, we discuss the Presidential and Vice Presidential debates and the observations of Melody Sylvain, BCBA; Camille Morgan, BCBA; and Dr. Megan Miller, BCBA-D. Our special guests tie these observations back into their experiences within the field of behavior analysis and as it relates to being Black Women. We conclude this episode discussing why these different viewpoints exist and what we as behavior analysts can be doing to disrupt racism and promote an empathetic and compassionate society.
