Justin Michael is joined by former Colorado State point guard Derrick Stevens (2002-04) and in the first half of the episode the two discuss his collegiate career, a complicated relationship with coach Dale Layer, and what it took for the Rams to win the 2003 Mountain West Tournament. Derrick then talks about his professional career and the unique path that he took, before ultimately getting into coaching and scouting. Finally, Justin and Derrick talk about The Basketball Tournament (TBT), how Team Ram Up came to be, who will be participating and his vision as head coach of the group.
