What happens next, God’s word renews your mind. As you continue to focus on His words, the more visible He becomes to you. Can you see Him, or are you just peering at His words? And when you see Him, God through His Spirit changes your perspective of Him forever! Now, how would you answer Jesus' question in Luke 6:46? So, I'll ask you, do you love Him?
Do you think you could justify that His eternal word only applied then, and it does not apply to you today? Can it be that you, does apply to YOU regardless of where you stand on the linear line of time? God’s propose for discipleship is to be The Way of life for His disciples, not like a trinket you add to your wardrobe! If discipleship requires work, what’s the work? The WORK is making disciples, are you a disciple maker?
God the Father delivered you from His eternal wrath and He transferred you into the kingdom of God the Son. And at that moment, God the Holy Spirit began His work. You were born again, and your old ways of life were made new. God's work continues from the day of salvation and forever! So, when you baptize in the name of the Father , and the Son , and the Holy Spirit , that’s why !
W hen God commands to make disciples of ALL the nations, you don’t get to choose where you draw the line to include or exclude anyone, because God desires for His gospel to go to the ENTIRE PLACE! NO exceptions! God’s command includes all people, from all walks of life, and from all places to hear the Good News about eternal life in His presence, and Jesus wants that for YOU! Are you ready to make disciples?...
Do you see your calling and life change as preparation for accomplishing the common purpose of disciple making? Have you been preparing and growing so you can produce them? God commands in Matthew 28:19 to "Go therefore and make disciples..." Are you responding in obedience to God's calling on your life? If not, maybe TODAY is the time for you to MOVE!
Our lives as a disciple of Jesus must represent more than being an acquaintance. God empowers His disciples to sharpen each other. Proverbs 27:17 is a powerful passage to remind us that we have work to do. Are you living out this truth of God? When God assigns you discipling tasks, you are accountable to Him to carry them out! Do you need to be sharpened? I can tell you there's a disciple within your reach. Just reach out, and see God at work!

God commands His disciples to TAKE UP His armor, so you can stand firm in the evil day. You must be girded with God's truth to carry the gospel as His disciple, and do the will of the Father. Many do not know they need it, nor where to get it! Ephesians 6:13-17 tells us what it is, and how it works! DIVE into it, and take it up, you will be grateful you DID!
God's Word is the "Sword of the Spirit!" As disciples of Jesus, we need to be equipped and use God's sword in order to fight against the evil forces in the heavenly places! You need God and His Word in your life DAILY! If you haven't been in it, now is the time to pick it up and make it your daily bread!
Salvation is a gift from God, and He is the One who brings it into the life of His disciples. The best way to describe it is: Salvation = DELIVERANCE & Deliverance = SAVED!
Life Change comes in God's timing and not your own! And when God moves, YOU move!
