Mapping Out The Career Process With A Guide

Every person longing for a fruitful and engaging career can help map out his progress using a career guide. This guide is formulated through four steps. First is assessing personal values as realizing the expectations of others as well as what one puts on himself. Second is evaluating one's skills and honing practical skills to become useful in targeting one's chosen career path. Next is focusing on one's interest, and finally, formulating a career guide is also about focusing on the person’s strengths. It’s realizing what one is good at and how one could use this as an advantage to his chosen career path.
