Episode with Keenen Smith MD MS

Keenen Smith was raised in Nashville, TN and attended college at Middle Tennessee State University where he majored in Psychology with minors in both General Science and Criminology. After graduating, he began working as a Data Analyst for Hospital Corporation of America, one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States. In pursuit of his dream to be a physician, he enrolled in a post-bacc program at Case Western Reserve University where he earned his Masters degree in Medical Physiology. He went on to enroll in medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he graduated in May of 2021. He is now a PGY1 Pathology resident at the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is still undecided about fellowships and is currently focused on becoming a great resident.
