Episode description

In this Episode Rich and Carola are not dithering around…. well, actually they are. They can’t help it, so this episode is longer than usual but with less tea. Whilst covering Chapter 3 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (Equality), they rant about UK detention centres, Windrush, and how the UK’s political shift to the right is threatening basic human rights. On a more pleasurable note, they cover some more interesting linguistic titbits, from the end of Finland’s News in Latin to the never implemented plans of making the Charter into an 80 minute epic, multi-cultural poem.
