S1: EU Charter (7/7) and five wishes for the European Union Fairy

Last chapter! Rich and Carola are celebrating with an extra-long episode (sooorrrry)….bickering about the ‘bindingness’ of charter articles and which of these have to be respected (rights) and which have to be observed (principles). They then get into a stroppy argument about Ursula von der Leyen, the new president of the European Commission. They chat about their own personal EU wishes for the next five years, all happen to be related to the climate change crisis. In short, that might just be an issue where dithering has disastrous consequences, whether outside or within the European Union. But being in certainly helps with minimising global dithering.
