Trevor Dominy is a former NCAA Division 1 distance runner for Charleston southern who is looked at by many as the foundation of the CSU men’s distance program. In this interview, we take a deep dive into the mental gymnastics and physical setbacks he endured throughout his collegiate career to become the eventual 2021 Big South XC individual champ and 1st NCAA qualifier for the program ever.
