The starter with Nick, Angela and a risotto

Before the guests start arriving, it’s time for our hosts Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett to get to know each other.

Nick gets his first taste of Angela’s cooking and reveals the snack that Simon Cowell got him hooked on in The X Factor. Angela shares stories from Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen and is treated to a gin Bramble from Nick’s cocktail cabinet.
