The equine veterinary industry is worried about two large problems when it comes to new veterinarians joining the industry: 1) getting new vets who have sufficient skills to begin in practice, and 2) keeping equine veterinarians to stay in practice within the first five years of graduation.
In this episode, we discuss the skills that practices are looking for in new graduates and how those graduates can learn those skills.
