To this episode of the disc golf fans, man, I am Bobby cool Daddy slick breeze and we have our first episode. That is what wait, the first one we I probably should have planned that intro a little bit better. My thinking is is our first our first for the 2026 disc offseason where we're going to get into it.
We're going to talk about the latest that's happening in disc golf and of course we have Alex Worm who is on Team Dynamic Disc and you are what interestingly enough, you reminded me you are right now overseas and where you said England. I'm in England right now. England, yeah. So you got some stuff going on over in England and you're still in disc golf too, still playing some disc golf tournaments out there. So that's awesome. Which one did you say earlier what you're getting ready to?
Play. I'll be going to Denmark for a small charity event that's used for course maintenance, all that stuff. So kind of excited about going to Denmark. Is is I know it's probably a dumb question, but is disc golf is anything different? Like do you can in England, like. Yeah, there's. Like how is it different? Socially, things are a lot different. How so I'm? Trying to think, I know they have a just a different feeling to the game I was.
The big thing I've noticed when I started playing over here is the way they view the sport. They're very, very modern where even some of us like guys have been playing in the States for a long time. They have the more modern aspect of the game and some of the history still hasn't translated
over. So which is nice because you can see these guys are being much, much more professional and treating it like a pro sport and everything like that, where some of us old guys still remember the days of like Sunday Dubs League for tags and all the cool shenanigans that happened with that. That's awesome, very interesting. And then we have Zach Melton, Who it where are you at right now, Zach? I am in Calvin Heinberg's bedroom. Or do you mean like the state? Sorry.
Yeah, the state, yeah. I'm in Florida, I'm in currently in Safety Harbor FL but an hour and 15 minutes N is Brooksville which is where Supreme flight open is happening this weekend. Yeah. So we're going to get into that a little bit because this is what did you say earlier, this is your second, third time playing it. Third time. Third time I think it was. I think it was chess.com two years ago, last year's Supreme Flight Open and again Supreme Flight Open this year.
Very cool, very cool. All right, we'll get into that a little bit more. But yeah, we're on this episode. We're going to talk a little bit about stuff that's going on in disc golf, get y'all's opinion and just kind of lay back and talk about it. First, I want to talk about some new releases that are coming out and I'll get your all's take on these. And 1st, I'll start with the classic soft justice, and I'm sure you guys are familiar with the Justice. Tell everybody what they can
expect from a justice. Beef. Beef. Lots of beef. Lots of beef. So what kind of shot do? You think in my bag? The what now? The most predictable disc in my bag. Yeah, it's definitely one of those discs that you may not throw a lot, but when you need it, you need it for sure.
It is. It is absolutely perfect for a very specific type of shot and you can see how like I don't need that my bag until either you play in the area of the country where you need it or if you have that shot and you're like, it's, there's almost nothing like it. I think I've seen a lot of companies over the last seven or eight years try to duplicate that really overstable like utility mid range. I'd like to think we had it
first though. I think people people been trying to copy us. Oh yeah, for sure. And I love this stamp, this kind of graffiti looking stamp, bubble balloon font, which is kind of cool. And of course, the classic soft. Yeah, soft. Soft is interesting. It already doesn't really skip that much, but classic soft I'm sure grabs the ground really well. I had one of those down in Spain last fall and it's like playing on a bunch of cliffs and stuff.
The one thing I loved about the soft plastic was as soon as it hit, it lost all energy. You didn't have to worry about rolling away or skipping off into oblivion, it just dies. Yeah, yeah, if you. If you want a disc that dies, there you go baby, there you go. Maybe I'll put that in the next ad The that dies. All right, so a close cousin of the justice is the suspect and this feels like classic blend, but also is coming out with this fancy.
This is a classic burst classic blend burst, but it has the cool little stamp and I really like that stamp. I like the bar stamp. Yeah, it's. Clean. I actually throw a suspect. It's one of my approach discs. I love it because any time I feel like if I overthrow or throw, if I just Shank it a little bit, it's definitely going to come back. At least toward the basket. Maybe not next the basket, but at least toward the basket. Do any of you guys throw the suspect? I do.
I throw my suspect when I needed justice to fly. It's the best way to describe my suspect. Yeah, I've, I've been told, I've never thrown one in that blend plastic, but we used to make them in blend and I've been told that it's the most overstable version of the suspect. I think when I first came on the team back in the day, I threw some Lucids and they weren't bad. They were just straight. Like it wasn't a bad disc at
all. Like it just kind of had a little bit of an overlap I think with some of the other things I threw. But yeah, I bet people will be stoked it's coming out in blend plastic. Yeah, a matter of fact, it is Classic Blend and it releases March 5th. So next look, I think that's next week. Yeah, next week. So that classic suspect and then they the classic soft justice. Let me do a little search on my product release page. Here it is classic soft moonshine shine.
I knew that with moonshine, I wish I could turn the lights off, but no, that comes out February 26th. So in a couple days as of this recording. Very cool. All right, so that's we got we got a few more, but we're we're going to jump into some other topics. And another thing that I mentioned or I didn't tell you guys beforehand, but is that did you read about the disc golf pro Tour expand free live coverage? Did you guys read about that? No. OK, so it is. They're excited to announce its
live media plan for 2026 season. Let's see. The biggest thing is that previously, the Tour has provided free first round coverage on its YouTube channel, with a remainder of each term it being broadcast on the DGN Disc Golf Network. Now, in an effort to bring more fans into action each day, the two were broadcast the first hour of each round for free on YouTube, with the entirety of the first round still being offered at no cost on DGN
itself. Fans simply can create a free account and choose DGN free from the list. So you'll get to watch the first hour of each day for free, and then if you want to watch the rest of it, then you have to go on Disc Golf Network. What are you guys? What are your thoughts on that? Smart. Marketing wise it sounds great. Get a good round going through the 1st hour, everybody's going to get hooked real fast. I know. And that's that's kind of in the criticism. Oh, where can Zach is going in
and out? I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Hold on. Kelvin, turn the rock machine on. Yeah. ZAP, ZAP it. All the power in the house. I know. That's not bad. You're right. So yeah, I think it's I think it's great because, you know, that's one of the things with Disc Golf Network is that people felt like, you know, and help in order to grow the sport, people need to see the pros play and this gives people a little bit more of an access.
Now I've seen some criticism where they're they're going to say the first hour is not even disc golf play. It's going to be more of the setup and there's probably going to spam us with commercials, but I don't know so much if they're going to do that. I can't see that happening because I've been watching DGN for some years and typically they kick those stream on within 10 minutes of the first tee to first tee off. So unless they're changing a
bunch of stuff. Dude, people are always going to have something negative to say. That's one thing I've realized. It's like, you could be like advertised, dude, I'm giving out free Donuts. Just swing by and they're like, oh, are they poisoned? You know, like I know. Right. Yeah. Are they going to give us so much? What's the catch, bro? You trying to kill us? Yeah, this. I mean, to me, that sounds like a smart idea. Try to draw more people in.
Not everyone that comes in is going to create an account and then watch the rest of it. May some will, you know, it's like, yeah, yeah. Get more eyeballs. I I like to see that they're putting forth effort. That's great. That's my thinking is that they're doing something, you know, it may, but it may not be exactly what everybody wants, but at least it's, you know, it's something to give people more access to watch it. And of course they want people to subscribe.
That would help. To me, that's what helps keep it going. But I think it's a step in the right direction. Well, I think doing the first hour free on their own app or you know, the one website and stuff like that, you're getting people into their little UI and their little ecosystem and seeing, hey, there really is value here. You're bringing people in the door before you know you have them. Sit down on the couch type deal. Yeah, no, I like that. Yeah. So, yeah, not a lot of, not a
lot of pushback for me on this. I think it's great. OK, So also I want to talk about I I just thought about this. I remembered seeing this and I want to get your take on the PDJ rules that some of the changes for 2026. So we got the first one where excessive time eight O 2.03. Now it's just called excessive time, it seems. What do you guys think that kind of solves the problem of that we've I mean that seat no? Both. Not even. Not even close. Both of you shake your head no. Why?
What's going on? Why do you think that not doesn't help solve the problem? Go ahead, Alex. Rules don't matter if nobody calls them. Yeah, it, it's, it doesn't matter if they give us 7 minutes to throw a shot. It doesn't matter the time because someone will take more, more time than they're supposed to. And if no one calls it, then it
like he said, it doesn't matter. And it's, it's also tricky because you have Marshalls walking with like lead card and they'll choose to call one maybe sometimes. But all the other cars, like 97% of like the other cars, like nothing is ever being called. You know, it's like, you know, it's it's 30 seconds. I've heard people say let's move it to 44, Let's move it to a minute less. It doesn't matter the time they give us because someone will exceed it, you know? And I just.
Yeah. I guess that's my thing is I'm trying to find the actual well that's from 20. Well it says December 31st, 2025. It says the player has 30 seconds to throw. Oh, when making a throw from another lie, the player has 45 seconds to throw. I thought the language said something about just excessive times, but you actually have 45 seconds to throw according to this if I'm reading this correctly. I thought that was if you like
declared extension. Like you had to declare extension to get the 45 seconds, otherwise it was normally just the regular 30. Yeah. But I mean, it's so hard to enforce these rules because there's no consistent way to announce, hey, your time has started. And that I think is what's makes these rules so hard to call them a start. If consistency is going to be key in this, clear definitions are going to be key in this, you know, add an action placing a mini down. If you place a mini down, does
that start your time? Or when you start rummaging through your bag to grab a disc, does that start your time? I mean, that's First off, let me think, I think that's why a lot of the time violations don't get called is well, when do you start the clock? Yeah, there's a Gray area, the wording, I haven't read it in a few years, but it was almost like it's, there's a lot of, in my opinion, there's a lot of
waste of time in between throws. You know, I don't think there's a couple exceptions, but I don't think people are that slow when they mark, they have their disc and they go through their chin and they throw. But there's a lot of like, you know, on these big courses also that we're playing like, you know, first guy off the box maybe hits a tree 100 feet off the tee and then the next spot is like 280 feet away.
But like on the opposite side in the junk, like in the, you know, in the the rough, it's like it's very, it's there's a lot of Gray area. So in my opinion, I don't think it's that. I really don't think it's that big of an issue, even though it doesn't get called, there's just a few outliers who kind of, and people get to see those people play a lot. And, and people are upset like why don't we call time? Why do we let them do this? And they want it to be taken care of.
But yeah, there's a lot of Gray area there's you can't make everyone play up at the same pace. Some people, right? I've been playing disc for a long time. I think you have to like people walk up with their bag on as soon as they get through this on market, move their disc and then they'll back up, put their bag down, look at their shot, think about it, then go get their disc, right? I mean, people play differently. Yeah, let's see. It says the timer.
The timer begins only after the previous player has thrown. You are next to play, you've located and marked your lie, taken a stance and confirm the fairway ahead is clear. If they're fairway suddenly becomes blocked or unsafe, the timer resets once it is clear again. I've seen guys go through all that and not mark their disks. So they're like, my time hasn't started because I haven't marked right. And they take a lot of time, a
lot of extra. And they're just, you know, you see people kind of find ways to bend. Everybody, sort of everybody's going to game the rules to try to, you know, go in their favorites. Kind of human nature. At this point I'm a very unpopular opinion that the game moves too slow. Yeah, here's what you were talking about. It says a time extension adds 30 extra seconds to the shot clock, whether it's a drive, approach or putt.
To use an extension, the player must announce it clearly to the group, and only one extension can be used per throw. I don't see any. I don't see anybody doing that right. You're sitting, you're a putt and people are watching. You got a crowd around you and also you're going to go. I need an extension, dude. The car in front of me distracted me. Or, you know, I'm thinking about. Using one on the first tee of like whole whole one round one.
I think I'm just going to get on the box, take about 28 seconds from that guys. I am not ready extension, you know. I had a rough night last night. I need another 30 seconds. Please give it to me I. Need a drink of water? Someone hit me with a drink. Yeah. Something it's.
So stupid. Have you got, have you guys ever been on a card where you're, you were thinking, I'm going to call this guy or you know, yeah, but did you do it or did you just kind of keep it to yourself because you don't want to kind of, you know, 'cause the scene. I do it in a different way. I like, I, I think if you just communicate, most people don't like I've also witnessed a card I played on a card where these two players, one player is notoriously slow.
This is Pittsburgh world, so 2015. And he, the guy on my card was very frustrated probably two or three holes in. He's a commentator for disc golf. I don't know if you can figure it out who it is. He he waits, he waits till we have three holes left and then he calls it. And by that time he's so wound up and and frustrated. He doesn't really do it in a, in a effective way. The guy who's being slow, it takes offense and it's just, it
was ridiculous. And it's like, I've been on a card multiple times where I'm like, hey, man, we're losing pace with the card in front of us. I think we all need to try to do better job keeping up. Didn't have to warn anybody. Now it was because of one person, but I just said it like that. And then, you know, we, we kind of picked up the pace and we tried to catch up, you know? Did you feel like it affected the card at all that like anybody get grumpy or?
Well, someone, someone like within two holes is like, I just fuck, I'm rushing and I'm like, well, I mean, you can feel like however you want to feel, but we have to keep up with card in front of us. We can't have a four hole gap. Like that's just not OK. You know we're causing a backup.
Yeah, very interesting. It'll I think it'll be interesting to see the first time someone points it out on, you know, on coverage or something someone calls another player because, you know, it's going to be a big thing, a big blow up. People want to dissect the rule. Well, the question is, is who's? Who wants to be the first guy to do it? Really. Nobody wants to be that guy, and I don't. I know the game is different at Zack's level versus my level.
And playing over here in England, like we've got guys that are notoriously slow and you know, if you're behind them, you're going to be sitting on every T pad waiting and it's like you can't do anything. Yeah. So there's a yeah, there's another rule too. Let's see something I heard where there's something to do with score keeping that if like if I wanted to, I'm on a card with Zach because I mean, that happens all the time when I play Daniel Pro Tour. I must have, I must have played
really bad then. If I wanted to see your scorecard, if I wanted to see what you were, how you were keeping score, I could. I believe it says I can literally ask and you have to show me. Have you heard that haven't? Which I've seen this, I want to know what happened to 'cause this rule change, yeah. That's fair. This is this seems like a a very petty little rule change. I don't know.
I'm one of the few people, I think there's probably seven or eight of us on the pro tour still who like to keep a paper card, which it's funny because you know, there's a couple of they're like, well, we got to keep this stack of paper cards because there's a few. You guys won't do it on your phone, but you know, it's easy. I mean, I never lose service, get to jot it down. Anybody can just walk up and see it's hanging on the side of the bag. You don't have to get onto my phone.
I think it's kind of weird to be like, dude, show me your phone, buddy. You know, like, let me see, right. What are you doing over there? Yeah, that's weird. Yeah, it says. Effective beginning January 1, 2026, the core changes that every player is required to keep an independent scorecard, either digital or paper, for the entire group, rather than relying on one or two people to keep score for everyone. I think we've all been keeping score for a while.
I think so, yeah. Yeah. Do you guys in North America have me over here in Europe? We're still in the old system where it's only two people. So wait. Congrats. How many how many times do people hit y'all with the man? I didn't plug my phone last night. I got no. Battery. What happens? What happens? And then the other one is like, dude, I don't even have, like, I don't have any signal out here, man. I get no signal on this course. It's amazing how many people.
Yeah. You carry around a stack of paper scorecards in your bag, They go, oh, I got you, dude. Yeah, got you, man. Shoot. Nice, I thought there was another rule that. I had a guy get a little a little crabby with me at D Glow like four or four or five years ago. He showed up, told one, and at the time he only needed like a couple, right? I think the everyone keeping score has been pretty recent. And he was like, I didn't charge my phone last night. I I just, I can't, I can't be 1.
And I was like, yeah, I bet you don't signal either. And he like he's like, I really don't. You could look at it. I'm like, I'm sorry. I did. That seems like a sore subject. Maybe you're lying. I don't know. And. I think there was another rule I can't remember where they talked about how if if you can't your if there's something in question then your opinion or your take on something can't be part of what makes the card make the call. If it's your disc, your shot,
you get no say. It's your card mates. Is that brand new for 2026? What do you guys think about that? Do you think that makes sense? I've seen both Bobby because when I first started touring my like first season of like full touring, I got bullied a couple
times on a call. I was like, I truly do not think this is what happened in my card, which I'm pretty sure two of the three weren't even paying attention and one of them was like, he just gave me a spot that I thought was ridiculous and I'm actually going to give Yuli a shout. Yuli told me he's like, dude, if you believe it, you stand on business like and you do not let them push you around. Now I've also seen I've I've played with people over the last
decade where. Maybe they're trying to get a better spot, or maybe they're just they don't understand how frisbees fly. But they also have been very wrong. So I can see both sides to it. But it is, it does seem a little ridiculous. Have no say at all like it, really. Does and it kind of that kind of brings up a problem that could be there is that like you said, I mean you're in the middle of gameplay. Everybody's thinking about their
own game. Especially if one guy had a bad shot, he's not going to be really paying a lot of attention to every every other play. And if two people happen to not catch it, then you've got to rely on that one person. And what if he doesn't like you? Right. What if you're like it, you know, I hate to say, but what if you're like really close, you're both, you know, trying to play for some cash and, you know. Catch line or cut line? Yeah. Yeah, I could see that.
Being you don't, you don't want to think people would do that. But like, there's human error all the time in sports. Like, it could happen. Yeah. So that got interesting. I was in France a couple years ago. I was the only like non French person on the card battling for first at a regional tournament on the line. And everybody's like, no, no, no, no, no. And I'm like, no, look at it
again. Like actually, I'm not saying there was malicious intent, but I feel like you should at least be able to say a little bit in your own defense. Yeah, yeah. Do you have to stay? Do you have to like literally stay quiet or can you just, can you say something? But they'll just, they can't, they can't include that in their decision making. Or do you have to back away while the three other, you know, players make it the choice? That's it.
Your your input doesn't matter, it's it's your three card mates. Choose either where you crossed in or out. Like whatever kind of rules decisions you have that come out right around you get no say. I could say like, I hate you guys, I'm going to kill you after this round, but it doesn't matter. Like they're, you know, I'm, I'm not saying I will, but you know, OK. Yeah, but it doesn't matter what I say. I could say like, listen, I'm going to wreck your car if you
all call me out of bounds. But it doesn't matter what I say. They get to call it, you know. Yeah, that'll be interesting. So some interesting new rules that I wonder if they'll even come into play for 2026 again, just. Like what? Sorry, what? Alex said. I'm curious what situation was brought up or how many times it was brought up for them to think this is. This needs to happen. I've got a good guess it may involve a rock on a hill. Do tell who was on DGN last
year. Sorry, I think I know. Yeah, no, I know what you're talking about. Interesting. Just so you guys know, Clemens just texted me. He said send me the link, I'll hop on here in a few minutes. So we may have have Clemens pop on here. Clemens is who called me when my screen like glitched out. I had to like, ignore his phone call. What a jerk. I know. I mean, did I forget to put my phone on do not Disturb? Yes, but yeah. All right, so it will have to if those rules come up, but we'll
have to talk about that. I'm going to upcoming episode if if anything ever happened. So the other thing I want to talk about is just real quick glass blown open just to give everybody kind of up an update. We are at 183 players signed up ready to come to Emporia to experience and create their own GBO moment. You've got time to sign up. However, there are other events happening in Emporia, KS that
are non disc golf related. And so that means that the Airbnb's, the hotels will start filling up if they're not already filling up. So if you're on the fence and you're going to stay and want to stay in Emporia, I highly recommend that you decide and get your hotel booked or Airbnb book because it's going to be a challenge.
The closer we get to that weekend, for some reason, the stars aligned and all kinds of events are happening on that weekend here in Emporia, KS, which is great for the town, but it was a little bit frustrating to find places to stay. Now, I know Zach's been to Glasburn Open, but Alex, have you played the Glasburn Open before? I have not. It's been a little bit of a challenge for me to cross the pond and get over to Emporia, but yeah, think I got a free place to crash this year.
Oh, I'm sure you. I'm sure you would have a free place to crash Zach if he ever stays on the show. I'm back. Are you getting what have you not put it on? Do not disturb. I was about to and then he said my name. So it's OK, let's talk, let's talk. No, I just wanted to get, you know, are you, you're going to be a GB O this year? Yeah, I plan on it. I got to talk to my team manager and see if he'll sign me up and then I'm coming. OK? No. Actually.
So last year I didn't play it, but I came for the week to hang out, did media stuff. So I'm unsure if I'm going to play or just do that again. Because I'm going to be honest, it was really, really fun to just hang out all week and I and I could just not play and and follow you around and bug you this year so well. Why would that be different than any other year? Whether? You're playing, it's not so. Why break tradition? Yeah. You annoyed Bobby to her.
Yeah, but yeah, it'll be I. Love Bobby. Of course we want you here, Zach, and we all know that, you know, it's it's it's the second year of the, you know, kind of the coming back of GBO. Some different choices were made a few years ago about the glass one Open, but we're back to just making it a great experience for people to come out.
Enjoy the town of Emporia, a week full of disc golf and having fun and seeing people that love the sport just as much as they do and just kind of I don't know, it's a great time. So get signed up. You can go to glass one open dot com and get more info there. It's let's talk. Let's talk about some other new discs. So the other ones that are coming out is the Lucid Burst Motive coming out this week, February 26.
And these have a newer stamp on it for the Lucid, something with a little more flow, a little more motion to it. Just a little bit of an update to the way our stamp looks. I think it looks nice and clean. It looks, it looks strong. Yeah, Strong. Yeah, our guys, Jacob and Kevin did a great job putting this together and coming up with Jacob Temp. I'm sorry. Temp oh, temp OK, the same Jacob. Yeah. Wow. So yeah, write that down. You probably shouldn't. And we got a blue here. So.
But before we start recording, Alex was telling me that the Motive is one of his discs that he really loves. Tell me a little bit about what the Motive does for you, Alex. For me that was a go to driver off the tee in the woods just because it was a hyzer flip to laser beam disc for me. Especially late in like a two round tournament when you're dead tired, don't have to throw as hard, flip up beautifully and
just glide. It was one of those things where it's like, do I want to throw an escape right now? Now I'm feeling tired. Let's go down to the motive and it's going to do the same thing with less power. Yes, I have. I had a Fusion one that was from the junior worlds. They got the stamp their own disk and that was the disk they got the stamp. I unfortunately lost that. I don't know where it is, but I love that one. I put a lucid in there and that lucid 1 was a little too flippy for me.
So I'm putting going to put back the few the fusion because you also have infusion plastic. But I love the motive as well. For for me, it's a gets a nice flex shot when I need it. And it's interesting that you say that because that's something that I've tried or thought about. Is that like around hold? Oh, there he is. What's up, Cruz? Hey, what's up? Hey is there any way you can move your phone to wide instead of portrait? Horizontal buddy. Horizontal. Yeah.
Is that good? But it's not good. Oh, you, he's got, he's got the screen lock on. You got a. Screen lock on. Bro yeah, he has to. Never. No I don't. I never have screen lock. On hamburger mode, not hot dog. Dude, I remember my first cell phone. Maybe. Maybe get out of the session and then come back. Oh. Try it again. Should I join it? Poor guy. He's been I'll join it. He's. Been trying to find a bag. I mean, he's yeah, he's been on one dude. He'd give him a break.
He's had a tough. OK, we'll let you stay. Rough offseason. The way you are, I didn't know if you could like leave the session and then come and then turn your phone sideways and come back in if it'll let you or if you just freeze. I think he he just left. I just was like, I'm here. He raged quit. He's like, I'm already getting hazed. I'm done. He gone.
So yeah, no, what I was talking about is like, I've done the same thing where I was like, I need the disc down or something because I'm tired and and my discs aren't throwing the way I want them to throw. And instead of fighting it, be smart about it. So I've done that myself as well. The other one, as we're waiting for Chris to come on, we'll just keep his face frozen right there. That'll be that. Look at that. Look at that. Big old forehead. Man, we also have coming out.
Oh Nope, he's gone for good. Sure, we have the fusion orbit on. It's available wholesale right now and actually did pretty good, which I'm very happy about. Fusion. Orbit what? The Fusion Orbit treason that's coming out on March 12th, so it got some real pretty color combinations here. Bobby's Disc. Oh gosh, I love the trees and I was throwing it this weekend at a veterans for event vet event I played and it was doing so good for me. Such a good distance driver.
It's what I'm using to help get better distance and then we have the fusion orbit Raider coming out as well. That's. Pretty. Yeah, so it's just really cool. I don't know if the fusion orbit does anything to the flight if affects the flight. So I have to get that treason out and throw it a few times to see if it does anything for the flight. So those are coming out. So that's the new stuff. So, OK, Chris, appreciate you joining us to get your grocery
shopping done. Yeah, we went to a couple different spots. There's a place here called Ollie's like L or Olli. E. Yeah, and it's like super cheap. You can get like Clif bars, like a huge like a box of 12 for like 6 bucks. So that's a spot. They've been expired for like 6 months or are they still no? I was worried about that. I I made sure I checked. It they're good. Nice, cool. Well, I appreciate you joining us. We just talked about a couple of new rules that the PDJ has for 2026.
The big one, maybe get your take on it real quick, is the the time rule, the excessive time. Chris doesn't call rules. He doesn't have an opinion. I only call you. Don't call rules on people you don't call. People on rules. No, I I have. I got some stories about that. I probably shouldn't tell him here. Let's hear it. Yeah, No. You should you. Definitely do it. Do it. Come on, drop the goods we want to hear. Just don't say names. You can't say names.
You can't say I have stories and be like I shouldn't. I know I. Can't do that. Well, I, I tend to not like, I will, I'll take the route of like letting a player know if they're like, you know, overtime or something like that. But it's usually not an issue until you're like backing up other cards, you know, or somebody's like just egregious every single time. But there was a time in Emporia many, many years ago and there was somebody who wasn't on my card and he was taking forever.
And so we we called him once we like gave him a warning and his card seconded it. And then a couples later we were like, yeah, we got you overtime. Like somebody had a clock out. And then we had the rule pulled up and we like came up to him. We were like, we this is our second time. Like you got to have it. And he was not liking it and kind of, like, tried to square up to us and was kind of getting a little crazy. And, yeah, so it was quite,
quite an experience. And so like, because you never want to be put in that position, you know, so you're like, man, if somebody's taken 10 seconds over, like, do I really want to, like, call this dude and have something happen? But that was years ago. I feel like people now are more professional. Yeah. Who wasn't? Listen, listen. I'll say the names. I'll say the names from my
story. I'll say the names from my story of Chris Will. When I was my story from Pittsburgh Worlds, it was Philo and Germ. OK, Philo really slow. Germ got really mad. He calls him with three holes to go. Chris, you got to tell us who it is now there. Well, it was. It was Nico le Castro. Go back here. But he he, yeah, like at the end he was like, can't. Believe you did it. I can't believe you did it. He was like, all right, you got, you got. He was just mad.
He was like mad and frustrated because he didn't think we could call from like another card. But at the end he's like, all right, you guys are right. But Adam Poria, again, I was on a card with the Germ and Philo and Yuli, and this was like 2016 or something. So it was like my first time playing with the big dogs. And I think Germ called Philo on time and then like Philo came back and called Germ on time. And you, I was standing next to you and I just looked at him.
I was like, I don't want any part of this, bro. It's like not not for me. That's. That's what happened to me, dude. You remember the par 5 at Moraine, like the long wooded par 5? It's like whole 5 or search or whatever. We we start out. This was shotgun start. This is like Saturday morning of Pittsburgh World's like the final day before, like the final, whatever. And I think we started like on hole 8. So like we only had a few holes left. And then he called Philo from
across the fairway. I mean, we're on this hole for like 48 minutes. It was forever. And then and then he got mad at Germ and then they started going back and forth and Paul Omen, who didn't make the cut, he caddied for me. So we're just looking like back and forth like this is, I don't want to, I don't want to say anything. I'm just watching. I needed popcorn is what I need there. Yeah. So every launch, apparently we
got the popcorn. Yeah, those guys had a little bit of history, so and I didn't know anything about it, so it makes sense. That's great. That's great that he called him back. That's awesome. Yeah. But yeah, I could see to where if it's a rule and it's frustrating if you feel like you need to call because someone's violating the rule, but then it's like it makes you question because you never know how someone's going to confront or react to getting called on a rule.
And if it makes you uncomfortable, then you start thinking, am I going to call people on this rule again? And and, you know, risk getting, you know, bowed up on. So I don't know. Yeah, it's, it's interesting. It it like puts players kind of in a weird position because like you realistically, if I'm calling Zach on a rule and he's getting stroke for it, I'm gaining an advantage.
So like it puts you in a weird position because you're like, I don't want this person to think that I'm trying to beat them just by getting free strokes from them. And so I'm like, I don't want to, I don't want to do that, but. I can see free stroke of me. That's crazy. Yeah, the. Other hand of that though is is if you're putting yourself in a position to get called by somebody, maybe you just need to look at yourself as a player and think what am I doing wrong?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. That's what should like, you don't want to butt it. Yeah, it's like you don't, No, no, it's like you don't really want to do that. And I try not to as a player to put my card mates in a position like that. But some players. Do this is gone Decepticon. Yeah, yeah, I'm gone. Yeah. I agree. No, you're here. You're here, you just sounded like a robot. But if what you said, I'm sure we would agree with SO. I don't want to call.
It I'm scared of people. All right we'll give Chris Clemons some time to to hop back in and connect back in. The next thing I wanted to talk about is let's see what we got time we got plenty yeah we got plenty of time is UC is now European open disc golf championship. He's going to spearhead that and I was going to play the clip. Let me see. We're going to get fancy here, so let's see if it'll let me and. Then I'll try to not talk over it. Yeah, this. Is the overall.
Experience. Let me replay it. Boom. But the boom. So it'll start from the beginning. European Disc Golf Championships 2027 in Dunbar, What can they expect? Our goal is to create the best disc golf event in Europe, nothing less. We have an incredible base to build on, and our plan is to elevate both the player and the fan experience in Dunbar Disc Golf Center, which is widely known and recognized as one of the best championship forces in the world.
I will predict that this event in 27 will be one of the most widely televised disco events in the world. We plan to connect with multiple international TV channels. And what about the fans? So what do you guys think? What is your impression? I mean he the he's been, they talk about how he did a great job with world. So do you think he can strike gold again? I'd. I'd have AI don't know how you do better than worlds. Like I went to World last year. It was awesome. It was incredible.
You know, it was, it's hard to just put it into words, but it was big time. There are people everywhere. There's so many spectators. The courses were incredible, you know, the player party, the professionalism, like they went above and beyond. So I believe him and saying that's what they want to do. I mean, I just I guess you're going to try to duplicate that every time. But that was I don't know how you do better.
You know, it was, it was great. Do you agree that those courses are some of the best in the world? Yeah, they're up there for sure. Like like for sure, like they are extremely difficult, but fair. You know, decent shots don't get you birdies, you know, and if you throw a bad shot, you're punished. If you throw a great shot, you have an opportunity to score, but you're not guaranteed. You know, like it's it's top of the line. It's up there for sure.
Should be for most people if you played it. What are your thoughts, Alex? I want to see if you see can recreate the hype that he did around worlds from last year, because I know talking to all my European friends over here, everybody went because it was the first time. They've never experienced that before. And I wonder if they're going to if he can keep this hype up or if everybody's going to become kind of desensitized to it. Right. It's like in the States.
Hey, you going to TGBT this year? Now? I'm going to wait till next year when it comes in town. I got stuff going on this year, last year, and we're up. Everybody dropped everything and like, first time I'm there. Cool. Yeah, I get that. But I want to see if he can keep that hype moving forward and keep those numbers up. Yeah. Yeah, that's a that's a good point. It was the first the biggest like, you know, and it was a huge thing.
If they're going to continue to have it, it's like, yeah, does he can like I I find a hard find it hard to believe you can make not a major be like something like that, right. You know, like you're not like the first worlds in Finland, not you know, that's that's a great point. It had crazy amount of hype. It'll be interesting. I like it's still going to be a good tournament. I'm not going to sit here and say, you see, can't run a good tournament because that's what he does.
He sets a standard. Yeah. Is he going to be able to keep outperforming himself is what I'm really curious about. Is it going to be good? Yeah. Like, he does good work, you can't deny that. But can he outperform himself is what I'm really trying to figure out.
Sure. So what we're talking about, Chris, is UC's announcement about doing the European Open Disc Golf Championship. This kind of our feedback or our thoughts as far as re repeating worlds that everybody you know said it was just amazing and best ever. Is this something that he's trying to repeat? Is that did he, did he set himself up?
In other words, did he set the bar so high, even just for himself, that are people going to expect so much from this European Championship that will be able to meet those expectations? Yeah, it'll be, it'll be tough because Worlds was, you know, amazing. And it was my first time in Europe, and it was just kind of an event that, like, there were so many people there watching. But yeah, UC has always done really good events.
And I mean, it would probably be pretty tough to beat it, but I feel like if he at least gets it on par with how Worlds was, I think it'll be a success. It'll be interesting to see it, but like you guys said, he's he's done it before and so he has the tools that just that. Does he have the same resources to do it again? Chris, what was your favorite? Part about worlds over there. What was your favorite part of
the trip? It's crazy because it's like a blur, you know, we were there for like a month and a week or something like that, and it was just like a blur. But I mean, the courses were awesome. The people were really cool. And it was really cool to like, especially in Estonia to like go around and not have to like rent a car. We could just like take the little scooters everywhere and it was really hot. I remember in Finland that was pretty wild. There was no air conditioning anywhere.
I don't know, like all of it was just amazing. Besides the plane ride over there, that was terrible. Was it why? Why was it bad? It's just like you're, you're losing so much sleep, you know? And like I remember when we finally got to Finland, because then we had to go back to Norway, but we were like looking for a place to sleep for like 2 hours because we've been up for so long and there was just like not a lot of good places.
When I did get to Norway after being up for like, you know, 30 hours or whatever, like it was about 7:00 and I just passed out and slept for like 1214 hours. It was, it was one of the best sleeps of my life. It was nice. Yeah, they're cool. Let's see. It's going to have to be like a wait and see thing. Obviously we have to wait and see if he can produce before we talk about the next thing we is which is the supreme flight.
I want to talk about this past week and I played a round at John Zink in Sky took Oklahoma. So shout out to basket case disc golf for putting on a veterans for vet had a great time, got me a nice veterans for vet stamped truth. So I'm excited to put that in my bag and try it out again. I used to throw the truth while back. That truth? Or OG truth. OG Truth, they raised 1020 a $1000.20. Why am I saying it that way? 1026 I can't talk 1026 dollars.
There we go for the Coffee Bunker, which is a veteran organization. Let's see, it is for the price of a cup of coffee a week to help veterans keep moving forward. So it helps veterans out in the area. So if you we still have a little bit of time left in the veterans for vet season.
So if you're looking for an event to help out your local veterans or organization and just kind of a turn key way of running a casual event in your area, check it's check out veterans for vet@dynamitedisc.com. But anyway, shout out to basket case disc golfer running a really fun event. It was cool. Very, very, very cool. And then before it goes supreme, I did I have a couple questions come in in our form.
So this one's for Zach. What would you want your tour series disc to be if it wasn't the Maverick? If the Maverick didn't exist? Whatever, Chris. Wants I would just take what he I. Knew he's going to say that. I knew you were going to say that. No, Bobby, you know, for real, I've been loving the heist that I got for a Driver to throw with Heiser pops up and goes really far. Heist is sneaky good. I'm not throwing it into a headwind, but it's got a lot of glide, a lot of speed.
If I could get like a like a special, maybe like a slightly more stable version of that, some kind of stabilized, you know, I think I've had two and the one that was flatter was flippier than the one with the little Dome. So maybe like a cool domey run of like moonshine Orbit Heist would be like pretty sweet I think. Heist. And what is it for? A lot of arm speeds, you know. I throw the heist.
It's it's one where if there's a little bit of wind, if it's a little bit of wind, I'm grabbing the heist and it gets a little more turn than the trespass. So I love the heist. I'm using mine as a Tailwind bomber. A Tailwind bomber, yeah. Which do you have, the Lucid or the Fusion? I got the Fusion 1. You have a fusion, you have a lucid one. Yeah, we have the fluid as well. But I haven't thrown a fusion one actually. Well, maybe you need to. How do they? Control that fusion.
I I have a lucid 1. I don't have a Fusion 1. OK, OK, OK. Yeah, I've got the one that I think was like the team promo ones that we all got. Yeah, I saw the video of Bobby of you throwing a lucid in a fusion, but like you threw 1 like this and one like that, so I just don't know what they do so. OK, I'm glad I'm I'm glad my video could help you out and help you figure it out. Thank you. What's your Now What is your Tour series disc Chris? Can I answer that? Are we?
Allowed to say that? I don't know, maybe. So. This is what disc offense for man does bro. We, we, we give all. These nitty gritty. Maybe, we say, we could. Probably. Maybe he can't, maybe he can't say, but what would he like it to be? Yeah. Well, I've had, I've had the culprit, I've had the defender, I've had the verdict. I've never had a judge, never had the felon. Either never had the judge. No, like I, I never had like a lucid judge because that's what we usually did.
Like that premium plastic stuff in tour series. I've had a lot of like little smaller moonshine runs and stuff like that. So it was, it was a lot to choose from. Like there's a lot of discs and a lot of good ones. Yeah, looking at SO. I'm looking at the the release calendar and I know what it is. Yeah, this one's going to be a good one. This is what I do too. No, you don't. Patrol. It's a patrol. A patrol. That's right, baby. That's right, he's a super, super flippy flip.
Nah, that's Chris's straight backhand, man. Yeah, I use it. I use it for like if there's a headwind. I need a big old hyzer. I love I love how the discs are that are great for us normal people are the ones that you guys use to bash each other. Dude, that's. That's fair. That's actually I don't think we make it anymore, but I would suggest that this a lot to people back when we made it. They're like I need a mid range that like I just need it to turn
and a lot of glut. I'm like, dude, we have the perfect mid for that for people with lower arm speeds or you know, like it's I suggested it to locals all the time, like our store. Easy to throw. It's yeah, easy to just throw it and it flies. Yeah, one that's kind of in the lineup right now that I've suggested to more people, the bounty. That's another one I hear a lot about. Yeah. The bounties want something they
and it's easy. It's. Like similar to the fuse, I think that like under stable mid slot that's like but the bounty is a patrol that they all come out in lightweight. Is that right? No. No, they came out heavies. Yeah, I think, I think they started make them a little lighter, but I think they had Max weight. Patrols, I'm pretty sure. OK, but trolls flippier than a bounty, right? Correct. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I don't even see it listed anywhere on even as OP. Yeah.
Bounty and fuse are like pretty much the same flight. It's just like, what field do you prefer? Pretty much. All right, let's talk. Supreme Flight open, Yeah. That fuse is like usually a little donut. Let's do it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, immediately. Supreme flight open. You guys ready for it? You don't know. We're out there. We're working. We're working on it, man. Yeah, they might have. They might have the worst lefty hole in the world on this course. Which hole is that?
Hole 5, new hole 5. It is very, very, very hard. It's very fair, but it's it made me want to walk off the course the first time I played it. Really. Yeah. I thought I was going to. I thought I was going to take an 8 on it. Dude, it's crazy. It's rough. You'll see it on coverage. It's if you if, for those not familiar with the old hole five, it was kind of an elevated tee pad. There's a valley. There's a really big wall on the other side. The FBO basket sits on top of the wall.
And then the men's basket last year was 100 feet past that and kind of bent to the left. It was like a righty hyzer, essentially Chris, what was like 420, something like that. Yeah, probably like 440. 440 yeah, 440 sounds about right. So what they decided to do, because that was a hard Part 3, was to back the tee pad back 100 feet into the right and then make it basically even further to carry this valley.
And then once you clear that giant wall on the other side, you know, if they painted it green, it'd look like the green monster from Fenway. And then once you clear that, you still have to go like 70 feet past it and then land in like a 20 foot wide landing zone. And then it dog legs left, right and it's a low ceiling tunnel shot and it goes uphill and then it goes back downhill and it's a really like fast green and you can't see it.
It's blind so besides that it's oh and there's OB on the left side of the landing zone like for if lefties fade out if they do clear the big on. The right side, yeah. What hole? What hole did you say it was? Which hole? It's new, it's new hole 5 and what what's wild is it's not unfair. It's very fair and very hard to birdie. But like, if you're left-handed, you just hate your life when you get to it, basically, unless you have Chris's forehand. Can you guys see that? Is that it?
Yeah, yeah. Show that map. Show that map a little bit. 630 feet, par 4. You need 430 feet of kind of left to right and then fading back left off the tee to get to the tiny landing zone. So my plan is to play it for bogey, I think. Yeah, yeah. I mean, it's to carry and get up on just to the landing zone, not even the extra 80 feet you need to get to the actual landing zone. You probably got to carry 375 or so I would say uphill. Yeah, it's it's a really hard hole and it's very like anti
lefty. It's another one of those holes that wouldn't exist if it was like mirrored, just because not a lot of people could throw that shot. And it's not. I find like. It's fair. Oh yeah, yeah, it's it's fair. But it's set up for, you know, like when you see it on coverage, you're going to be watching Gannon play it Ricky and they're just going to throw that 450 foot righty back in kind of flex shot their typical stock drive to get into that
position. But if you're left-handed, like you got to throw something that goes about 400 and then starts breaking left, which is really hard to do. Not unless. 404 hundred uphill. 400 uphill that breaks left leg. Yeah. And usually there's some wonky like crosswinds going up in there. So it makes it even even harder. It's I find on this course. That's why I'm actually, I'm taking today off.
I'm just going to putt throw some up shots because I've been throwing so many four hands out there. Like the front 9 is all four hands for me and then the back 9 evens out a little bit more. But I was like, I need to get my armor rests. I don't want it to fall off. That's crazy, I took today off too. Going to do some putting this evening but just just kind of chill and a lot of hard throws the last couple days. Yeah, I'm working today. Yeah, you weren't you always
working? Taking it off bro. You know what's another hole that that you think it would give you a challenge? I mean, as far as like really hard, I don't know. That one's definitely the hardest hole, but I think hole. What's a spine hole? Is that like hole 10? Hole 10. Yeah, hole 10s, pretty tough. And actually like halfway through the round yesterday, I was like, all right, I'm going to throw backhands from here on out. And I threw a back end on that hole and got pretty lucky to get
through the trees on the left. But I ended up birding it and I was like, I didn't think that was possible because if I hit a tree, I'm flying OB on the road so. You said hole 10. Yeah, that one's that one's can. That one could be sketchy. I've thrown four hands that hit a tree and go on the green of hole 9. Yeah, it's a, it's a hole that's been on the course since it was third on the mountain, like a long time ago.
It's a really, really good hole. It's just very hard to birdie, like a very difficult par 3. Yeah. Chris, I actually go, I go mid range off that hole and I try to park the red and have like a 45 footer blue if I want to run it or not because I for some reason can't throw that forehand on it. I always start low and it hits like the hill and like a skips to the right end of the trees. It's I just go mid. I just go mid, dude. Yeah, it's hard. I'm happy. If I get a birdie then it's like
stoked. It's, it's on that spine. So there's always like wind, either like coming up the hill or like pushing across the fairway. Like it's very weird. And if you throw an errand shot, there's no telling where it could go and like what kind of position you could be in. So like just being in the fairway, even if you're 100 feet away is like pretty good for the most part, especially being a lefty. The line is is pretty tough for the lefties.
I'd probably throw a deputy. Just throw putter off there, I'd be fine. I might try that tomorrow, yeah. I think you might be right. Any other holes while we got this up that? Whole all 12 is great for US. 12 is 12 is fun. That's like downhill, yeah. Big gold, just lefty, lefty bomb. We don't get very many of them. Very.
Fun shot to throw. It's funny because like when we do get these lefty shots, I mean, most people on tour have, you know, 400 foot forehand, you know, and sometimes a lot more. So like realistically, if you get your angles right, like that's kind of all you need to be able to throw that shot. And so like it's a lefty hole, but it's like there's so much room. You can even throw a back in.
Like I saw Chris Dickerson throw out the other day with a fairway and park it. And so like there's, there's room to maneuver even though it's like a lefty hole. I played with them, I played with him 2 days ago, Chris and he, he tried that same back end and he ended up almost hitting those porta potties away over to the left. That's what I like to hear. Hole hole 11 was a hole previously that you could go like mid range putter and they have made that quite a bit harder.
It's a good change. I actually think all the changes like it's fair and they're good. You know, I was kind of dogging on hole 5 just because it's like a bad lefty hole, but it's not a bad hole and I don't think any of the changes are bad. I think they've done a good job. Like I actually feel good about this course because it's so difficult to bury that I don't feel like I have to shoot 12 under to keep up. Like I just get to go play my game, trying to play smart.
My goal is to try to birdie or like par half the holes, try to birdie the other half and you know, by execute. Then I'm going to put together around. I like, but I'm a big fan of it. I like it. It's it's fair, it's there. There's a lot of OB on this one it seems like. This honestly, like on 11 like the what it's kind of showing it's the OB is not really in play until our green and like the the map that they have is like a little deceiving. I feel like our pin is like more
like a left. So we're kind of going through a different gap now. We used to just throw, you know, a straight shot 3:30 or so and then you throw like a little putter up over the hill and you'd have a putt. But now you got to kind of shoot a gap on the second shot. And that's if your drive is really good. So I, I think it's a good change. I agree with Zach, Like everything they've done has been awesome. Yeah, 13 is much more difficult,
but like fair. It's like I thought the T sign on the course, right, it's like 480, but I'm not sure. But it's like it's just dead in front of you. You have to throw like a line drive through. I don't know, I think like 30 feet off the T there's like a 10 foot wide gap. You got to hit that. And then after that it's still, it opens up a little, but very, very challenging. Part 3. Someone could to it and someone could take a 5 like you know? Well, then why did they have? They have two.
They have the. Ones FPO. The ones FPO ones that's FPO with the red. With the red. Yeah. They're playing our old par 4. OK, so it says 450. OK, it plays long. It's a tight it. Plays, it plays like all of 4:50 just because it's, yeah, it's a tight off the tee. So you have to, you don't have like a lot of room to maneuver, you know that 450 feet. So you really got to go straight 400 feet and land on a good angle to like skip up to the basket.
If I can get inside of 40 feet I'll be pretty happy. Yeah, yeah, same. Hole 2 has a change as well, which I actually really like this change because the green is more accessible, but like it's easier to get to the basket for a putt. But where they have the basket is also much more dangerous with like a really steep slope. So I think it's like easier to get looks, but you're going to see more roll aways. It's kind of it's kind of devious. It's it's a good, it's a good
spot. It's like right on the, the edge of one of those cliffs. Like they, they have a guy named Danny, I believe, who does all the, he's built all the benches and the steps and the boxes. He's built these boxes that they can put like on the the edges of these slopes. And then they kind of have the basket out on them so they can kind of get them more on the edge where kind of if you miss a putt low, you're going to roll away.
You'll see. If you watch coverage, I guarantee you're going to see a roll away on hole 2 at some point. Really. Yeah, Yeah. And I'm talking about, yeah, 100% BP back out into the fairway, you know, wanted to see Jamaican. I think it's out into the fairway. It might roll down it. So. It's a great change because old hole 2, you were when you were in the fairway throwing to the basket, you couldn't even see the basket.
And so sometimes it would be good, but other times it would be so poor because it was such like a a weird awkward shot that then people would just lay up and you get an easy par. But now a lot more people are going to have birdie chances, but there's going to be a lot more like, do I run this? Do I not? And you could see some bad things happen. So I think the score spread will be a little a little better and I think it's a better hole.
Yeah, I think players in general are very greedy when it comes to the putting green. Like they run everything now and that will that will make that what you'll just see a lot of roll ways now because either got to cash the putt or air ball at long. But then Chris, I believe there's like a little bit of flat lamb behind it, but then it kind of drops off behind as well, right. Yeah, it's a. Little yeah, there's not.
If you throw a perfect shot, you can park it, but other than that you're going to have at least 15/20/25 feet. So it's it'll be tricky, but I think it's great. It's good. I agree with everything they. Say right, You too, Alex. What was that? You agree with everything they say, right? Of course. 100% Yep. Yep. Yeah. And I would everything you, all the plays you're talking about, I, I would agree. I might make a couple adjustments, but we'll talk about that. Offline, yeah, that's fair.
I'm going to, I'm going to see if I got a deputy in the car and put. That Yeah, awesome. Well, I appreciate you guys going over that because I think it's really cool that to listen to you guys kind of dissect the course and figure out what you're going to do. So it's going to be exciting because it's the first, first big, big event with the disco approach. Your coverage of the season. Chris, how are you now?
You're not like some of the people, some of the people, some other players where you know, you're trying. Yeah, you're different. You're so different. You're trying out new disks. You're trying out disks that you were once familiar with. How?
How's that going? Man, it's been, it's been awesome, just like getting especially like getting the felons back of my hand and just like knowing that it's going to come out so clean and I can just manipulate it and put it on any line I want and having like complete confidence in that has been awesome. And it's fun too because like I'm trying out a bunch of defenders, like people sent me,
you know, 10-15 defenders. So I'm trying out a million different ones trying to figure out like what's flippy, what's overstable? And but my bags coming along pretty well. And I'm super excited to play on Friday and like get it started and see what I can do. And like the judge to like it's I just throw the putt and it goes in. It's like I don't even have to really try. So it, it's feeling really, really good. And yeah, I'm super excited about it. And I'm excited to get my
Clemenade signature bag. My buddy's sending me one so. Yeah, that's awesome. Any new new disc you're trying out, Zach, for the Supreme Flight Open? Let's see, anything new that I wasn't bagging last year? I don't think so. I'm trying to think for this course in particular. I kind of yeah, patrol for some of those yeah, headwind mid range shots. I love yeah also do big hyzer shots. Max weight breakout is clutch on all three. Let me tell you no kind of like a lot of mids and a lot of four
hands. And then there's a couple of like great lefty holes, like, like he said, 1218 is a very fun lefty hole. I will be, I'll say, like as a righty, if I did have a forehand, that would be terrifying to throw if it was windy like that would be tough, yeah. What are you trying new just this year, Alex? I don't know if you want to call it a new one, but it the one that I've gotten the most excited about is the new retooled Emac Truth.
Yeah, because I got 1 and it's the Emac Truth I've always wanted. Yeah. I think the new ones are. Better did you get they retooled the emac truth again? Yeah, Eric really likes it. You might always try try the the we have an orbit orbit moonshine one with the walleye fish because that one's sold out. They're in a really pretty plastic too. Like, yeah, they're good. They've got the the fusion ones, the missing piece. Stamps. What I got in my bed, that's one of the ones I got and I've been
pretty good. Pretty nice. All right, gentlemen. Well, that's all the time we have for this episode. Appreciate you hopping on, talking about a few disc golf topics and then of course, talking about the upcoming Supreme Flight. Looking forward to see you guys out there performing and yeah, that's all I got. So appreciate you guys. We thanks for having us on Babo. All right, take care.
