Eric Uresk has lived many lives so far: professional MMA and Muay Thai fighter, legendary New York bouncer, nutrition guru, and jiujitsu brown belt who has trained with and under some of the best. Now wrestling coach at Phuket Top Team MMA Training Camp in Thailand, Eric talked training methods and nutrition strategy, told us some wild bouncing stories, and explained the origin of his nickname, "Eric The Gentleman."
