Anthony Garcia (of Rogers Group in the southeast US) has been bouncing around the last few years. He's been hired at Rogers Group multiple times. He's moved to and from Alabama multiple times. And now, after working for Reed Contracting for a time, he's now running what was formerly their operations after Rogers Group acquired Reed Contracting. Knowing that, it is easy to understand why he's perfectly suited for that work.
