To round out the clinical corner articles for 2024, Matt and Allie discuss a research report from the JOSPT that compares exercises to treat patellofemoral pain. You'll hear about the two subgroups of patients that went through hip focused exercises and quadricep exercises to see which had a better outcome. Learn about "pain catastrophizing", the scale they used to grade each patient's progress/recovery and how the patient's BMI plays a factor in treatment.
