People say young folks are the hope of the world, but often, the person saying this has no idea just how true that is. Scott Klososky discusses the concept of "generations" and perceptions surrounding Gen Z and the A’s (or Alphas) after them, who are being born today. In the US, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Millenials have increasingly developed lives that have serious emotional, physical and mental difficulties. Younger generations are facing a world where so much of what should be balanced well is painfully off kilter, and dealing with this in incredibly innovative ways.
