building independence and confidence

everyone knows how hard it is to be independent if you live in a south asian household. although it is with the intention of love, they want to cook for you and essentially do everything for you where you feel like you don't have your own identity and freedom. as two bangladeshi young adults, we really had to learn how to find ourselves outside of our families. in this episode, we talk about how we gained independence from our parents, but most importantly, how we learned to get out of our comfort zones and do things even when it's scary. we hope you enjoy!
