Episode description

A podcast from two obsessive Sheffield Wednesday fans, we felt the world needed another couple of cisgender white guys sharing their opinion – so you are welcome.

Apparently The Gravy Boys have regressed to a simpler time, in particular those old school days because they follow up one set of homework (Sunderland Til I Die) with a project to read and report on Tom Whitworth's fantastic book on the last 30 years of Sheffield Wednesday history Owls: Sheffield Wednesday Through the Modern Era.

It asks a lot of questions about the long term stewardship of the club and helps us better understand where we are now. There's a lot to get through so this is part 1 and the second instalment will be along next week. If you'd like to read along and join the discussion please do on @gravy_pod on Twitter or [email protected] the book is available on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1785312197/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_GZnPEbRKPBH0Z and probably through some places that pay taxes too.

Stay safe!
