After almost four brilliant decades as a dietitian, our very own Dr Jane Winter is gearing up to embark on her next big life adventure… retirement-ish, as she calls it. Before she hangs up her DC boots, however, we’re turning the tables on our extraordinary podcast hosting queen and interviewing her about her remarkable career journey. In the podcast, Jane looks back on all the twists and turns her nutrition career has thrown at her, including working in academia, a picture-perfect assignment in Switzerland (which she still pinches herself about!) and the best and worst part of her career all wrapped up in one: completing her PhD. Jane shares her insightful advice for new dietitians, touches on the importance of self-reflection and explains why everything you do prepares you for the next step in your life.
