In 2021, Steven Furtick raised many eyebrows when he said, in a hyper-emotive rant, "I am God Almighty." People excused that as him getting tongue-tied. Fair enough. But then I found a clip from two years earlier in which he said the same thing. In 2024, he may have said the most blatantly heretical statement he has ever uttered. There is no excusing this one.
