Work with me 1:1 & be part of my academy for women – trueselfrevolution.com

I was showing up. Doing the work. People-pleasing like a pro. Performing like my life depended on it.
But behind all of that? I was unraveling. And no one knew—not even me.Why Healing Isn’t Working for You (And What Actually Will)
✨ Stop self-betrayal. Start becoming who you really are.

You’ve done all the things—therapy, mindset work, journaling your trauma like it’s a full-time job. So why are you still stuck?
Still shrinking in relationships.
Still hustling for worth.
Still not feeling like you.

Here’s the truth: You’re not broken. You’re just out of alignment with your True Self.

In this video, I break down:
⚡️ Why traditional healing hits a wall
⚡️ How self-betrayal hides in high-achieving women
⚡️ The missing link no one talks about (but you feel)
⚡️ How to come back to who God actually made you to be

💫 If you’re ready to stop abandoning yourself and start rising into your highest identity—True Self Revolution is your next move.

Hair's not done. Pink ponytail, no makeup on, but I had to hop on because I'm feeling inspired to share what I'm about to launch. What is coming for you to help you. That's going to save you. Spoiler alert, it's you today on Dichotomy with Shannon. We're gonna break it down. Let's just say the quiet part out loud. Women, beautiful, spiritual, hardworking, doing all the things. Yet still they feel like they're crumbling on the inside. They know better, but they don't do better. Not consistently. Why? Because your nervous system isn't safe because your inner identity hasn't changed yourself. Concept is still tied to surviving and not thriving. You've read the books, you've gone to therapy, you've journaled your face off. Done the affirmations, but still you feel stuck. The one that's still shape shifting in relationships, still looping in anxiety, still self-sabotaging. You're just still betraying your true self and nobody taught you how to stop doing that. That's where I come in. Because of all the adversity I've had in my life, the childhood, the growing up poor, the growing up in chaos, all the freaking deaths, losing my entire born into family, the not choosing the best partners, the emotionally unstable, the emotionally unavailable, because that is what I was. So that is what I chose because like attracts like. That's not your fault. What is your fault is that you're accountable. Now. When you know better, you do better. So it's time to do better if you know better. If you don't know better, this isn't for you. You can go ahead and keep scrolling or fast forward to the next episode. This is for the people that know better and that are still making the same mistakes over and over, even though they know it's not serving them. What are you waiting for? How is fear crippling you so bad? How is it holding you back from your true self and living the life that you are meant to live? You have mastered coping. You've never been shown how to come home to yourself. We betray ourselves every time we say yes, when we really mean no. When we overwork for validation, when we ignore our gut feelings to chase approval like it's our paycheck, like it's our job. It's not your mindset that's keeping you stuck, it's your identity. For years, I thought that my trauma was healed because I could talk about it. I was the therapist's dream, but I was still hustling for love. I was still trying to earn rest, still feeling like I had to perform or go out of my way to help. All of the other humans and put their feelings over my own because there is even a Bible verse that says, put other people's feelings above your own. I took that and ran with it to my own detriment. It wasn't until I got radically honest with myself and I created a system to return to my own alignment with my true self. The version of me that doesn't need to prove anything to anyone. The version of me that knew that everything is now changed and I'm now walking in complete alignment. That is the entire reason why I created True Self Revolution Rom das says, we're all just trying to walk each other home. I'm here to walk the women home. Let's walk each other home. Let's live out a beautiful life. I'm already in my forties. I am not gonna live this second half of my life, people pleasing and chasing for approval. I am not gonna live for an audience of my fellow peers when they don't even know better themselves. You would look at somebody, look at somebody, think of them, the most grounded person you know that you love and honor and cherish, and they're so smart and kind and loving. I guarantee they have their own skeletons because. Everybody does what you see on social media in a little box. Even right now looking at this little box, you have no idea what goes on through somebody's thoughts through their day-to-day life. I always say you're as dark as your darkest Google search history, or maybe the dream that you had that you would never tell anybody. 'cause I guarantee you had it. I have too. It's messed up. Thanks, brain. Thanks. Fear for that awful image that now I can't get outta my head. It's normal. It's human. Let's just stop pretending that we are perfect beings, that we are so evolved and so awakened when most of us are not even the most awakened people. The love and light people. Oh, run for the hills. I have been in so many classes of alchemists and spiritual gurus that have actually been so egotistical. I am so grateful that I knew to run, run Away. That's me too. I am not perfect. I did start a revolution, a true self revolution 'cause I wanna love you and take you with me, but I'm not perfect. I'm still gonna say the wrong thing. You'll always know, I'm honest, and you always know that I will love you. You need identity work. You need nervous system regulation. You need aligned action, not just hustle, not shame, motivation, but you need tools that'll speak to the spiritual side of you and also the scientific side of you. This isn't just a membership, it's a movement. It's a space where women can stop abandoning themselves and start embodying who God created them to be. It's healing. And you don't have to do it alone anymore. I am here. I have lived it. Let me walk with you. If you felt like you're outgrowing who you had to be to survive, if you're done being the strong one who's secretly falling apart, if you're ready to feel like yourself again, maybe for the first time ever, you don't need some sort of crazy thing to happen, to have permission because you have that permission now. If you're ready to feel like yourself, then the true self revolution is calling you, and I would be honored to walk with you. Congratulations for choosing it, because that is freaking huge. You don't need more information. You need transformation, and it starts with a decision. A decision that only you can make. You get to stop waiting for someone to come save you and actually save yourself because you are the one that you've been waiting for. If there's something in you that knows that this is for you, then don't second guess it. Click here and follow that nudge and let's walk my girl. Thanks for joining Dichotomy with Shannon, and I will see you inside of the revolution.
