Learning and Finding Your Truths.

Next stop… Progressville. In this episode, i share with you things that i’m learning in this season of my life. The importance of having to let go of your conditionings, to really seek information and find your own truths. To cultivate the habit to really be honest with yourself and call yourself out on your own bad habits. To take the time to do some shadow work and see and accept your real self, the good and the ugly. You’re changing and that’s okay, that’s how it’s meant to be. Don’t deny it, embrace it. It’s beautiful.
