我們該如何定義「社群媒體」的呢？簡單來說，我認為社群媒體就是一個基於個人及群體偏好來生產、傳遞、交換資訊的聚合生態系統，或可以理解為一個聚合平台。社群就是一個沒有實體邊界的虛擬社會。社群最具魅力的，就是沒有空間限制、擁有無限的擴充可能性還有完完全全的數位性。
