Following the 23 August Harmonised Elections, Mr Sengezo Tshabangu emerged as the Interim Secretary general of the main opposition Citizens Coalition for Change party and wrote a letter to the Speaker of Parliament recalling 15 members of Parliament who had recently been sworn in. In a letter yo the Speaker of Parliment Jacob Mudenda, Mr Tshabangu claimed the recalled members were nolonger members of his party.
