032: Vanity Sizing Sucks

We've had some serious mental struggles around vanity sizing lately...

Picture this: You're actually feeling confident in your own skin, so you decide to go shopping or order an outfit online. BUT when you try it on, your confidence disappears almost immediately because the size you *THINK* should fit you doesn't even come close. We're sure you know that feeling, because we're dealing with it all the time too. 

We share our thoughts on that during this episode, then we go off on a pretty awesome tangent about being healthy in general vs. worrying about the size of your pants.
